We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always thoughtful and very helpful. First impressions matter, and this one was spot on. The rooms are very clean and luxurious. Even though the hotel is located next to a busy (high)way, you don’t hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The hotel also offers plenty of ways to treat yourself during your stay (like the pool, sauna, etc.). We didn’t use these facilities, but it definitely felt like they are of the same high standard.

We chose to travel by tram every day, which worked perfectly for us. The nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and very manageable.
All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The place is good, some good restaurants around.
I had a problem at 2am and the staff found a solution to help me immediatly.
Special thanks to the manager and the girl (I think Asu was her name) they were really kind and did their best to help :)

Although the hotel is newly opened, its layout is very well thought out. The hotel is very clean and meticulous. During the corona period, all the necessary precautions are taken. The staff is very relevant and up-to-date. Good team spirit. As for the location, it is in the center of Istanbul. We chose it to accommodate business people. We are very satisfied. It literally gives its customers the feeling of a 5-star hotel. It was a very successful initiative for Istanbul.

Thank you, thank you, a very kind, friendly and cheerful reception, one of the best and most upscale hotels in Istanbul, a very clean hotel, suitable for families, a beautiful place and everything is available around the hotel. I thank brother Zain Al-Abidin, brother Rifaat, brother Hakim and the sister at the hotel reception. I called them before checking in and told them the arrival time is 7 in the morning. For your information, most hotels in the world check in after 12 noon. My stay is still valid and I will repeat the experience without hesitation because it is really worth the experience and very comfortable ❤️🙏🏼🌹

I have stayed in many hotels but I can say this is the most beautiful hotel so far. The staff is well trained and smiling. The hotel manager Mr. Kaan takes care of everything. We would like to thank Mr. Cihatu, the front office manager, especially Mr. Belboy Mevlut for making us feel the warmth of our home. You are wonderful and many thanks to other friends.

Overall good for business travelers. Helpful and accommodating personnel. Value for money was fair, though the room amenities were quite basic. Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options, but lunch and dinner offerings need improvement.

The room was large. Since we booked a family suite, it was a pity that there was no Chinese food for breakfast. The location of the hotel is just average. The service attitude is good. The biggest problem is the language barrier. The staff can hardly speak English or it is very poor, which caused us a lot of problems.
