Melas Hotel

Great hotel! Check in was quick and easy. Room is little small but ok for one person or couple. Super clean and well equipped with small fridge. Decorated neatly with new furniture. Staff are very kind, I stayed for two nights hanging the “don’t disturb” sign, yet they hanged on my door extra tissues and water bottles. They have complementary tea bags, coffee, and water. Things In the fridge are for charge. I requested one hour late check out and was accommodated. Breakfast buffet was for 620 TL and had wide variety of scrumptious options. Location is very good, close to many restaurants and nice mall, rooms might be little noisy being close to main road if one has light sleeping pattern. Prices are very reasonable for such quality. Will definitely use again

Great Night Stay at Melas Hotel Istanbul.

My partner and me travel in Turkey for 2weeks to celebrate our anniversary and choose here for our last stay. They upgraded our room and made sweet atmosphere there. We both loved it! Thanks for the cake,really made our trip happy ending. And appreciate the excellent service from the staff, especially Mr. Selim, We loved your service and hope you all good.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, starting with the delicious breakfast—fresh, varied, and truly satisfying. A special mention to Alican for his exceptional customer service and support; he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is great in every way and I recommend this hotel for accommodation. During my 8 days stay at this hotel, everything was great, it had a very good breakfast and most of the really hardworking and compassionate staff are working in this complex. The only thing that was, one morning at breakfast, all the tables were full, except a table that was empty on the terrace and only one phone was connected to the charger on the table, I asked the servat whether the table belonged to the guest and the servant said yes. But after a minute, one of the servants went to the table and used that phone on the table, and I found out that the phone belonged to the hotel maid, and she lied to me because she was connected her phone to the charger. I was upset about this because the terrace servants, so that their favorite table would not be filled, made my family and I stand for a few minutes until another table was empty. The rest, including the room service, and especially the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

My recent stay at Melas Hotel Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to both the city center and various attractions. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and well-designed, providing both comfort and luxury.

One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service from the staff, especially Mr. Selim, one of the receptionists. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing us with great local recommendations and always greeting us with a warm smile.

The hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch, and the dining experience at the on-site restaurant, Casa Mediterra, was superb, offering a delightful range of dishes.

Overall, Melas Hotel Istanbul is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

We visited only for 1 night and we loved it. The team is very helpful, and they all have a can-do attitude. The rooms are also nice. Valet parking is available.

Great Hotel! Located in a convenient section of the city. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The facilities were clean and up to date, while the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Istanbul!

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Check in process was fast and the people were friendly to talk to, also the manager decided to give us free breakfast just because and as seen in the photos, this was an amazing breakfast. The room was elegant, clean and the shower was amazing. Would definitely come back again!!

Great service, beautiful rooms. One of our best choices in Istanbul and we have been back to it multiple times. The staff still remembers us even after years of not having been back.
