The lights were blinking even though I called the reception they were not really interested in the situation. Moreover the towels are not really clean as well.

Beautiful hotel with good sized room. The staff were lovely and very kind. The only issue is the location with not a lot of places to eat apart from cafes and takeaways. However overall it was a nice stay.

I have recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Miss Tuğba's hospitality was outstanding, but unfortunately, the mornings were marred by encounters with unfriendly staff. The cleanliness of the bed and amenities was commendable. However, there were notable issues with a moldy ceiling in the bathroom, which, although acknowledged by staff, was not adequately addressed. Furthermore, the view from the room was disappointing—a mere wall. When I brought this up to the morning staff, they explained that due to the mold issue, they could offer me a different room, but it too had a wall view, characteristic of their economy rooms. While the overall experience had its ups and downs, the outstanding service from Miss Tuğba deserves recognition."

Nice quiet little place tucked out of the hustle and bustle. Friendly staff.

So taxi drivers haven’t heard of it so it’s worth having the address written down

Great hotel in Asian part of Istanbul.

Location was OK. There is a metro station around 10 minutes walk.

Immediate area is quite but some shops and restaurants are around 6/8 minutes walk.

We stayed in the King Deluxe Room. Room was big with a balcony, sitting area and open bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. Lovely room and clean hotel.

Would stay again although there are probably slightly better located hotels (towards central Kadikoy) for tourists.

Located on a very narrow street. Location is no good. The property has no parking. When my family an I arrived, there was no one to help with our luggage.

The hotel was satisfactory in terms of location. Close to many places. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. You can stay with peace of mind.

Amazing price, brilliant service, accessible location. Me and my wife stayed here for 7 days and we were fasting. The gentleman on the front desk said that we could order breakfast the night before to make sure we had something to eat before dawn. The lady on the front desk was lovely as well. Room was always cleaned to perfection. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you

Staying in this place for the second time , very good service, clean rooms . Recommended.

It's a reasonably good hotel. But there was one worst thing. At night, a man suddenly opened the door using the room key and came in, but when he realized his mistake, he left immediately. We were two women and we were so shocked that we couldn't react. I think it was a room key issue, but it was so absurd. Fortunately, I was wearing clothes.
