Booked a double room but was given a single room as shown in the picture. The room was small. If you don't have a room, just say it. There's no need to deceive guests. The hotel is in the downtown area. The food stalls below the room are quite noisy. The air conditioner in the room is old and sounds like a tractor. I couldn't rest well at night. The room was unhygienic and the sockets were black. I originally booked for three nights. Considering that it was already night, I stayed for one night and rebooked a Marriott overnight. I left immediately the next morning. I booked it because Ctrip rated it four stars. In fact, this hotel has a total of about 25 rooms. According to the experience and hygiene conditions, domestic homestays are better than this one. I hate the deception of merchants. There is no integrity at all.

Very cozy little hotel in a great little part of Istanbul, rooms are very clean and props to the cleaner for doing a great job everyday.
She would always bring fresh towels and 2 water bottles daily!

I liked that there is a cat named Sophia and Masha and the bear on TV.

The water pressure on the shower is great.

Also the Owner looks like Larry David from Curb your Enthusiasm, which is another bonus.

I also loved the breakfast, as you can see I have included many images.

incredible hospitality. so kind cannot think this hotel enough for how they treated me the clear letter of the hotel even helped me when I had no money to pay my taxi driver as I did not know he needed cash and was not taking back card so 100% but this place so amazing thank you again. Manager is so nice.

Small hotel in the center ..great location, rooms spacious for the size of the hotel and compared to other similar hotels nearby.
But wat has definitely exceeded any expectations: customer service of the hotel staff...from the receptionist, mr. Borak to bat&kitchen girls and housekeepers.
This made a huge difference and influenced the whole stay and pointed out the hospitality.
Attentive, genuine service and small details make huge difference!
Keep it up! Definitely recommend🙏🏼

Hotellino is absolutely perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and super helpful with any questions you may have. The breakfast is simple and tasty. The rooms are also very clean. And most importantly, the location is top-tier. It is centralized and close to absolutely everything. I loved my stay here!

Had a great stay in Istanbul thanks to the hospitality at Hotellino. Good place for its price point, good location as well! Walking distance to tram / train station and nearby tourist hotspots. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the serve up amazing hotel breakfast especially their scrambled eggs. Hotel room was quite clean and we felt safe there. Bonus point: they have a hotel cat who is the boss!
