Inntel Hotel

My wife had a stroke a week before the trip. We wanted to postpone or change the travel dates but they refused. Denying us any sort of refund and/or credit. This hotel has no heart. They weren't willing to extend their hospitality and i don't think they should be in the hospitality business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked this hotel via Expedia and their agents tried to contact this hotel to work something out. They also refused.

It was clean and they let us check in 20 minutes sooner than usual, and they were trustworthy with our personal belongings staying with them for hours. But don't let me get started with the awful breakfast menu. I had to eat out everyday. Also, the reception was not helpful at all. They didn't even bring us paper tissues and they provided us less than 500ml of water per day. Lol! What? If you needed more, they would have charged you for 250ml of water!

The pictures on the booking website are fake. The hotel is not clean; it has a dark and small entrance, reception, and elevator. The rooms are dirty and dark, and they are in desperate need of a complete renovation.

Furthermore, the rooms are not well isolated, as even the slightest noise from the corridor or other rooms can be heard. I had a terrible time during my stay and couldn't get any sleep.

In my opinion, this hotel resembles more of a one-star establishment, or a hostel. It is overpriced considering the quality of the accommodations.

A dead spider was in the corner of room when we arrived. After one week, it is still here although we asked the cleaning lady to clean the room every day!

In one sentence, Choosing this hotel was the worst decision of my life, and I will never set foot in this establishment again

We reserved a double bed room for 7 days and as we saw the pictures it seems like a nice and clean 4 star hotel!!! When we arrived we could not believe what we are seeing, lobby was completely dirty and it looked exactly like hostel not 4 star hotel and not even 3 star hotel, the staff did not were mask and they did not have uniforms and they were completely rude and disrespectful, when we told them about the conditions of their hotel(hostel-motel) they did not accept it and they did denied everything and they said it’s not our problem and they tried to kick us out but we stayed till we change our hotel, but they called police on us!can you believe that?
It was the most horrible experience for us, if you are looking for a motel or hostel you can boom it but guys don’t except a 4 star hotel!!!

Images in website gives you impression that rooms are big and comfortable but unfortunately it's not. Rooms are too small, beds also are too small "90 cm" with no quality mattress.
There is no balcony and the view from the window is not good.
There was a loud music sound at night during our stay, not sure it's coming from a night club or what?
At morning also loud sound coming from street.
This hotel is not recommend at all for families or long stay.

Pros: location was good
Room size was adequate
Cons:
Very dirty and unhygienic surroundings
Its no more than a 2 star hotel to be honest
The pillows were pathetic
Breakfast was very substandard
Not enough options at the breakfast
Very disappointed over all

Toilet needs maintenance, kinda dirty with dirth fillers between the tiles.
The view is on the wall of a very near building! No sunlight!
U have to ask for the towels !!!!
The wallpapers are not fixed properly, pealing off.
The lighting in the bathroom is very dim!! And the lighting imin the room is also bad.

The conditioner doesnt turn to heater!
