The room was clean and the service was good. The view from my room at the front of the hotel was over the Marmara sea and the sunrise which was lovely. However there was also a busy road so if you prefer a quieter room, you would probably be better requesting a room at the back of the hotel. The choice at the breakfast buffet was ok. Overall, we were always made feel welcome.

Wonderful location easy walk to public transport options and huge "Grand Bazaar" shopping.
Staff were eager to interact with our needs and quickly addressed all during our 8 night stay.
Our room overlooked the highway which did have some road noise 24 hours but kept windows closed and did not stop restful sleep in on a solid comfortable bed.
Daily housekeeping kept our room spic and span.
In house breakfast offered a huge variety of tasty cold and hot dishes.
We would visit again in a heartbeat.
Staff were eager to interact with our needs and quickly addressed all during our 8 night stay.

I want to leave a review about your hotel. The hotel is so bad that I want to leave as soon as possible. The employees are so impolite, they don't smile, they don't explain anything. Today they told the cleaning lady to clean the room, but she did a very bad job. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

We saw the pictures of the restaurant and menu and decided to go.
Not disappointed.
The service was good. No rush.
The food excellent.
I had the Fish soup and Chicken.
My wife the Sauted prawns and Fish.
We both had the Cream Caramel.
The views from the Dining room were beautiful.
We could see the Dolphins in the distance as the surfaced in the sea.
We enjoyed the meal so much that we returned the next day.

I had stayed in this hotel dated 31 may one night . Very bad service my room Air Conditioner not working I complained but no one come to fix it .
In break fast I asked fried egg they asking it’s paid .
Not worth to money .

4* maybe for 20 years meanwhile 3 *. Dont wait too much from the kitchen, starts at morning and end up empty mini bar or room service. Nice view on the beach

There is no gym, and the lift was not working for a day. Lack of gym or nearby facility was really a problem. The staff is super though. The waiters and bellboy very respectful and caring.

I stayed there for 5 days 6 night. First night we had a weird noise in our room as if there is a pipe next to the bed. However they were very understanding and changed the room the next morning. We had the sea view, which is amazing, if you are a person who is not in a rush to leave the hotel i would definitely recommend staying in a panoramic view room. Room was clean, however they are a bit old, could use some renovation. Staff is friendly. First night we were very warm and called the front desk cuz we couldn’t turn the AC, however they said it’s winter season in turkey so no AC, so would prefer if its my choice to turn the AC on/off depending in my preference not the country season.My only comment is they don’t speak English very much only simple sentences. I tried to explain to the front desk that the room service forgot to refill our sugar and tea however they didn’t understand, so i had to say no sugar no tea so they send some to the room and they ended up only sending tea. Overall experience was good, great room and location, friendly staff, only comment is the language barrier.

A completely unsuccessful experience. My mobile was stolen inside the room. I asked them to watch the camera in that time but they refused .The safe box put a secret number and left the room. When I returned, I found the number changed and i asked them why the number changed and they informed this is machine can be changed automatically

Went there on a family holiday and was very disappointed with the hotel and the service the hotel provided. Basic things like someone who speaks english was not available at the front desk. The room had cracks in tiles and is in need of a upgrade with the decor and essentials. Each time i needed an iron i had to call room service and then the waiting game started on when they will provide an iron.
