Reviews
We were on the 5tth floor and at night, ewe heard music from somewhere.
Breakfast is a buffet and decent.
I recently stayed at The Marmara Pera with high expectations, but my experience was very disappointing. I booked a Superior Room for 1 adult and 2 kids, and the hotel charged an excessive extra fee for a third bed. However, the room we were given was extremely small, with no space to properly accommodate the third bed.
Despite paying extra, the room size and overall experience did not meet the standards advertised. I felt overcharged for a service that wasn’t provided properly. I would not recommend this hotel to families, as they seem to lack proper accommodations and transparency with their pricing.
Firstly, the location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you're in town for work or exploring the local attractions, you'll find everything within easy reach.
The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
Room service was another highlight of my stay. The service was prompt, and the quality of the food was excellent. It's always a treat to enjoy a well-prepared meal in the comfort of your room.
The staff deserves special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was welcoming and eager to assist with any requests or questions.
Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were also quite good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The food was fresh and flavorful, making for a great start to the day.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, clean rooms, excellent room service, and friendly staff. It's a wonderful place to stay whether you're visiting for business or pleasure.
All the staff is great and Gorken Duran at the Reception made us fell like home! Kudos to Ibrahim as well!
Rooms are a bit narrow for a family of three anyway we highly recommend this hotel!
I have been coming to this hotel for years and have never had a single complaint. Highly recommended!
Don't be fooled by the photos of this hotel, because these views can only be seen on the upper floors and towards the sea. Breakfasts are served in a small space compared to the number of guests and are extremely repetitive and poorly varied. Almost all the staff of this hotel are grumpy and rude. This is very annoying especially when you go for breakfast. Value yourself and don't choose this hotel!
We asked for a room on the upper floors upon availability; They kindly provided us a room on the 14th floor.
We had a great feeling upon arrival at the hotel.
