I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in several ways.

Firstly, the location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you're in town for work or exploring the local attractions, you'll find everything within easy reach.

The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.

Room service was another highlight of my stay. The service was prompt, and the quality of the food was excellent. It's always a treat to enjoy a well-prepared meal in the comfort of your room.

The staff deserves special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was welcoming and eager to assist with any requests or questions.

Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were also quite good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The food was fresh and flavorful, making for a great start to the day.

Amazing experience at the hotel. Prime location near to all the restaurants and basic amenities. Very nice view from the pool of the bosphorus city. Staff is very helpful as well, very polite and understanding especially "Duran" one of their supervisors, he was very hospitable and I would definitely recommend this property if you are coming to istanbul.

Excellent location with an amazing roof top bar from where you can enjoy a super sunset.
All the staff is great and Gorken Duran at the Reception made us fell like home! Kudos to Ibrahim as well!
Rooms are a bit narrow for a family of three anyway we highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, situated in a very lively area with plenty to see and do nearby. Despite being in such a bustling location, the rooms are incredibly quiet, very clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view. The breakfast is plentiful, delicious, and of high quality. Additionally, the staff are very professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

We booked 6 nights at this hotel for 3 persons. The staff welcomed us with great hospitality and a nice coffee.
We asked for a room on the upper floors upon availability; They kindly provided us a room on the 14th floor.
We had a great feeling upon arrival at the hotel.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful hotel. The breakfast is out of this world. The staff that assisted us with our luggage when we departed was so friendly and helpful. They wrapped the bags and they also helped to load our bags to go to the bus. We were a group travelling together from South Africa with Marius Du Plooy Tours. Thanks a lot for the hospitality that we enjoyed in Turkeye.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
The location of the hotel was very good, and it was easily accessible to Istiklal Street, Metro, Taksim Square, and Galata Tower.
The room was clean and arranged every day. The hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.
The only bad thing about it was that I asked them to give us a room on a higher floor, to have a better view, which apparently was not possible.
However, we had a good stay and will definitely choose this hotel on our next trip.
