I recently stayed at the Conrad Hotel Istanbul and was quite disappointed with the service, especially towards Turkish guests. It seemed as though international visitors received more attention and hospitality. The staff could have been more accommodating and attentive to local guests, which was disheartening.
While the hotel's location is undeniably excellent, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities, the overall experience didn't justify the high price tag. Given the cost, I expected a higher level of service and comfort. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
For those considering a stay, the location is a definite plus. However, be prepared for a service experience that may not meet the standards set by other luxury hotels in the area. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was offered.

I recently booked executive rooms with breakfast and lounge access using the Hilton app. The hotel lobby and facilities are both impressive and enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the executive lounge with its great selection of food and the beautiful terrace.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was unnecessarily long, it took around two hours. Also, we requested connected rooms but never granted. The receptionist seemed unaware of my booking details and didn’t acknowledge my Hilton Honors membership.
The rooms themselves are quite small, which was unexpected for an executive level stay.
Additionally, my visit to the business center was disappointing. The staff that was there made me feel unwelcome from the moment I entered the center.
The lack of professionalism in the aforementioned encounters is surprising for a hotel of this caliber. I hope management addresses these issues to maintain the high standards expected.

large, chic hotel. has clean rooms, nice beds. has a nice gym that is open 24 hours with sufficient equipment for strength training. It's a shame that everyone can easily enter the hotel. During the night someone probably came in outside the hotel and tried to chase me through the elevator. I found this out in time and returned to the lobby myself. When he realized that I had noticed, he quickly walked to the exit. I also had an unpleasant experience with staff who brought clean towels in the evening. the man had inappropriate manners and it felt like he wanted to enter my room. Be careful when you stay alone at this hotel as a woman💫

I've stayed at this hotel for one week during my first ever trip to Istanbul. The staff here were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel is good and in close proximity of a lot of tourist places as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The food (in restaurant and room service) does not taste that great and takes forever to be ready. The rooms are okay but it really depends on where you're coming from and what you're accustomed to as every country has a different standard of what a 5 star hotel is like.

The service was exceptional! I've never been to a place where a bucket of ice was delivered in less than a minute—seriously, I'm not exaggerating!
Overall, the hotel is nice, but it could improve in some areas. The service was definitely the highlight of my stay.

We spent two days at this hotel, breakfast was delicious and the pool was awesome. Lots of sunbed and space for every guests. The best drink from Furka. Very kind and profesional man. Thanks for your hospitality.

The customer service was outstanding, and the Conrad Hotel was exactly what I was looking for in location ,food the friendly service from them. the breakfast staff was excellent in every way and would go out of there way to help you.” “I was so pleased with the service I received from Conrad Hotel . Ufuk who is the manger at the cafe went above and beyond to help me his customer service you will never find in any other hotel truly 10 star service I was very impressed with the quality of service that i received from this hotel i will be defiantly staying here again on next Istanbul adventure

We have stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was exceptional. I don’t recall the names of the amazing staff that made us the experience purely exceptional but all in all it was an excellent idea to book the hotel here. The service, the food, the cleanliness it has been nothing but exceptional. The hammam experience was good but a little overpriced but yet you definitely need to keep in mind that your stay is one of the most sought for hotel experience in Istanbul. Thank you all for your hospitality! I have worked in hospitality for many years and I have to say that the hospitality in the United States have a lot to learn from the Turkish Hospitality! Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

Here is why I gave this rate:
The room's cleanliness is not so good.
The pillows are not clean as well as the towels. Many times I see dirt. Plus they don't clean the room very well.
The AC is the worst part as it keeps shutting down every hour. I had to wake up at night many times just to turn it on. I asked them to check it they said when the windows open the AC shut down, and at night I never open the windows. So I just realized that it’s their systems that just close the AC.
