Located in the beşiktaş district, right in the city centre of Istanbul and 25 km from the airport, right on the shores of the Bosphorus, on the territory of residence of the last Sultan of the Ottoman Empire.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ciragan Palace. From arrival to departure, Necmeddin and his team took care of every detail with expertise and enthusiasm. He arranged for our drivers each day and even went out of his way to make sure we had a special dinner reservation that would have been difficult to book without him. Further, he arranged for an evening boat to meet us directly by the property. Ciragan attends to every detail of a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend a visit to this stellar property along the Bosphorus. We look forward to coming back to visit Necmeddin and the team again soon.

Our last visit for tea time in the Gazebo was a disappointment compared to our experiences from the past. It has been a couple of years that I haven't been there and I am not sure since when they reduced the menu significantly. The menu was rich in savory and sweet snacks that 2 trays of 3 layers were served to each. Now it is reduced to only 1 tray, mixed sweet and salty in 3 layers. They were short in refilling our hot drinks and they even forgot the prosecco! Visiting Ciragan for an afternoon tea used to be one of the pleasures of an Istanbul visit but unfortunately I am not anymore looking forward to the next visit to Ciragan.

This place is amazing, I love the staff and the decor.

We went to the restaurant called "Bellini" and the food was amazing. It was overlooking the view of the bosphorus which was the perfect setting for a hotel.

The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at!

The staff is definitely the treasure of this palace.
Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality is what all hotels should strive for.

The hotel architecture and design is stunning and the food we enjoyed at Tugra was absolutely outstanding (make sure to book in advance because they are usually booked out!)

Look no further, this is the place to stay when visiting Istanbul!

Certainly one of the best hotels at the Bosporus, very good personnel, clean, excellent restaurants with local and international delights, heated swimming pools, Spa, arrival by ship, helicopter, car etc possible. Wonderful surroundings, fumoir. Anytime again

I visited the Palace for brunch and it was by far one of my favorite dining experiences in Istanbul. Brunch began a little past 12 and there were endless foods; pastries, breads, cheeses, salads, meats, pastas, sushi, and so much more. It also included beverages, such as champagne for mimosas. The presentation of the buffet was breathtaking. The service was great, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Brunch lasted until 4:30 and no one was rushing us to leave. We were able to walk around the exterior and appreciate a beautiful Bosphorous view. Unfortunately, the gate was under construction, but it was still worth it. Highly recommend, thank you!

The place has an amazing view and surrounding. With the beautiful Istanbul cloudy weather it’s perfect place to be. Yet the whole thing changed when the Turkish coffee arrived with a lipstick print on the mug (clearly shown in the picture). The manager didn’t react or even apologize when the waiter reported it to him. Worth visiting.

Only had 2 nights in the Palace but what a hotel. Stunning. Simply stunning.
Fantastic rooms. Everything you could possibly want. There are some great shops in the hotel also with designer goods.
The restaurants were phenomenal. I can see why the rich and famous choose here to stay in Istanbul.
If I'm ever back, I know exactly where I'll be staying.
Fantastic views over the busy shipping lanes of the bosphorus. I could sit outside and watch this forever.
Staff were so nice and attentive. They couldn't do enough for me.

Stunning palace. I was there just for a reception and did not have the opportunity to visit the rooms. However considering the part of the palace that I had access, was a great experience. Food and beverage was great as well even considering a huge number of people that was served!
