I stayed in this Hotel 2 times and made same negative experience twice

The only good thing about this Hotel is the location. There are better options like Four Seasons or Kempinski around this locstion. If you are bit flexible with the location Raffles in Zorlu. Those Hotels understand the demand of the client for this category.

All in all an overpriced Hotel with low value for money. Cheapest room 1000 USD up to 10.000 per night. Why it is not worth it?

1) Staff in restaurants are not trained. Outside guests get preferred table. You are not appreciated as Hotel guest.

2) Butler not trained or not helpful.

3) Housekeeping not reliable. One day they come another day not. Turned down service does also not exist sometimes.

4) Fan of Manadarin membership benefits where you can select extra wishes totally ignored. They say the system did not transmit this, even it was booked on their website.

5) Food quality is in all restaurants average. Even their top brands Hakkasan and Novikov are much worse compared to other locations around the globe.

6) Wrong prices being charged in the restaurant. I ordered a wine which was 9500 TL on the menu. When I asked the bill the wine was priced at 10900 TL. They blamed IT for that, which I can not validate, but this is a quite common practice to rip off guests. Happened in other places as well. After a little discussion they corrected it.

7) Even you spend 6K per night no late check out not even for 2 hours. No alternative option provided for such a high profile booking. And „NO“ the Hotel was not fully booked as I checked on their own website. There were plenty of rooms available.

Hearing at check out multiple times sorry, including from a lady (probably a director) why I did not inform her before. But my butler said all directors were involved and being informed and they can not offer anything. She also promised to fix all issues next time. That what they said at my previous stay as well. Nothing but empty promises. I would not stay there even for free again and waste my time and have headache.

- very poor dental amenities . Shower gel, shampoo not personal, its a big refill bottle .
- Food at restaurants very overpriced and overrated.
- Details, welcoming is poor . Nothing personal not cozy .
- Room was not prepared well for check in . Flowers dead ..
- Turn down service is bad .
- lobby is very depressing. No music . Brown colors only .. didn’t boost mood .
- I booked car transportation from them but they secretly book outside company and transfer us to wrong hotel .
- Welcome sweat amenities is not turkish .
- at day time this hotel look like no guest… in evening this hotel turn to the bar or shisha bar because so many tables on terrace and very loud , everyone smoke !
