Love everything about this hotel. Everyone is so sweet and nice. The rooms and everything is so clean and comfy. The reception is very helpful with everything and they make sure that we are comfortable. Their service is excellent and fast, they ask if u need anything and they clean our rooms everyday. Recommend, recommend, recommend. I will always pick this hotel.

I booked a room with you - you gave it away and told me "sorry, try again at 2pm". I have never been so terrified in my life. Your staff were told i was arriving after a night flight. What a horrible welcome. 5 stars?! You should be truly ashamed.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The rooms are incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly spacious, which made my stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Sefa, who provided outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Thank you, Sefa, for your excellent hospitality!

My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was unfortunately disappointing, primarily due to an unexpected and unwelcome policy regarding additional guests.
The room itself isn't that comfortable and not that well-maintained,
The most significant issue arose at check-in, where I was informed that there would be an extra charge for having a second guest stay in the room. This was a surprise.
When I tried to discuss this issue, it became apparent that the staff member handling my check-in had limited English proficiency. This made it difficult to resolve the situation effectively, even with the assistance of Google Translate. Clear communication is essential in the hospitality industry, and this experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard.
When I raised concerns about this charge, the staff were polite but firm, and unable to offer any flexibility or resolution.
While all Hotels offers quality accommodations and facilities, the unexpected extra charge for a second guest significantly detracted from my experience. For future travelers, I recommend double-checking all policies and potential fees before booking to avoid similar disappointments. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot fully endorse this hotel and would hesitate to stay again.

The best thing about this hotel was that standard of service and quality of food. The restaurant staff were so welcoming and friendly- Ayse, Muammer, Zeynep, Adnan, Hasan, Mete, Caner chef,
There was no problem they could not solve.

The hotel was very clean and chique. They provided us with all the necessities one could need. The whole hotel had a very clean smell. Food was very good! The service and staff were excellent. Very friendly.

Been here with my gf and the service is amazing. All people are so nice and tend to your needs. The food is very nice the buffet and the la cart are diverse and nicely spiced.

The excellent service by the waiters (in particular Ayse, Mete and Burcu) and the great cooking and buffet organisation by chefs (Fatih, Berli (?) and Mustafa) make up for the hotel being rather isolated and noisy (next to the highway)!
