Crowne Plaza Istanbul Oryapark, an IHG Hotel

The best thing about this hotel was that standard of service and quality of food. The restaurant staff were so welcoming and friendly- Ayse, Muammer, Zeynep, Adnan, Hasan, Mete, Caner chef,
There was no problem they could not solve.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Turkey.

The hotel was very clean and chique. They provided us with all the necessities one could need. The whole hotel had a very clean smell. Food was very good! The service and staff were excellent. Very friendly.

Been here with my gf and the service is amazing. All people are so nice and tend to your needs. The food is very nice the buffet and the la cart are diverse and nicely spiced.

The excellent service by the waiters (in particular Ayse, Mete and Burcu) and the great cooking and buffet organisation by chefs (Fatih, Berli (?) and Mustafa) make up for the hotel being rather isolated and noisy (next to the highway)!

Excellent efforts by all the staff in all locations of the hotel. Starting with the extremely helpful porters, front office perfection, very delicious spoiling breakfast with all varieties , house keeping was brilliant.
I can’t find anything not well done.
I am definitely going to go there every time I go to Istanbul.

It was my second stay in the Oryapark Crowne Plaza. There was no availability for the queen bed room and it took three nights to move me to the new room.
The breakfast is very good and have a good variety of food which I think can cover almost everything, Muesli, Granola, fresh yogurt, fresh fruity, egg and omelet's, different type of bread and fresh salad, nuts, Turkish delights, dates etc....
The gym equipment requires an urgent fix as most of the machines have broken parts. I didn't use shower and spa so I cannot comment.
I hate the internet speed, I am unable to understand that how come hotel can offer a slow internet in a country like Turkey. They should upgrade the connection speed or at least offer better speed.
The other advantage is it is surrounded by different restaurants which are open till late night.

Stayed at the covid time. The only available hotel was in Umraniye met requirements. Quite clean bright. Excellent service with the amazing breakfast. Very convenience location walking to the metro Yemenevler and shopping mall groceries. Attractive area. Recommended.
