Nice hotel, staff were excellent. Selected due to its location for a business trip. Area around the hotel isn't great if you fancy a walk.....
Clean rooms. Nice little garden. The little gym and shower rooms are sufficiant.
The room itself isn't that comfortable and not that well-maintained,
The most significant issue arose at check-in, where I was informed that there would be an extra charge for having a second guest stay in the room. This was a surprise.
When I tried to discuss this issue, it became apparent that the staff member handling my check-in had limited English proficiency. This made it difficult to resolve the situation effectively, even with the assistance of Google Translate. Clear communication is essential in the hospitality industry, and this experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard.
When I raised concerns about this charge, the staff were polite but firm, and unable to offer any flexibility or resolution.
While all Hotels offers quality accommodations and facilities, the unexpected extra charge for a second guest significantly detracted from my experience. For future travelers, I recommend double-checking all policies and potential fees before booking to avoid similar disappointments. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot fully endorse this hotel and would hesitate to stay again.
