Consists of one 8-story and three 4-storey buildings (25% of rooms with sea view).

The views from the hotel were breathtakingly beautiful., regardless from the windows between stairs or the dinning lounge. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was bit old but clean and tidy, house keeper did a great job. Location wise, it was convenient, walkable distance to variety of restaurants and stores. The room was quite close to the street despite being on the 7th (top) floor already, noise was minimal nothing destructive.

Even though it was our first stay, the warm interest of the staff was very nice. Mr. Doğancan was sincere and friendly. He helped us with a few matters. It is a hotel we will prefer for our future stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area.
I want to give special thanks to Doğancan Öner , who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect!
The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn’t meet the overall high standard of the hotel.
Despite this, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a great experience!

The hotel location is the best. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything like dinner reservations or calling a taxi. The rooms are very clean. These with a Bosphorus view are outstanding. There is a parking in front the hotel where you can park your car. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Average 4 star hotel with a 5 star location. Rooms are large but dated. Breakfast buffet is large and good selection. The best part of the hotel is its location directly next to the water. In particular the bar/restaurant with outdoor dining and drinks. Gorgeous views of the water, bridge and city. Drinks and food are expensive, as with many places in Istanbul.760 lira for a local beer for example. Outrageous. Beware construction noise next door and inside the hotel during the day

Disappointing Stay in Need of RenovationI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
The condition of the room was very poor—certainly not what I expected for the price. The so-called "relaxing chair" was completely broken, making it unusable. In the bathroom, the arm support meant to help you stand up after a bath was also broken. I honestly thank my lucky stars that I left in one piece.The air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. On top of that, communication with room service was abysmal. They were either unresponsive or extremely slow to address any concerns.The only redeeming qualities were the convenient location and the decent breakfast buffet. However, given the overall condition of the hotel, it desperately needs renovation. Until improvements are made, I would not recommend staying here.

The location is definitely wonderful. Great view of the Bosphorus, close to restaurants etc.
Unfortunately the hotel itself feels old and really needs to be updated. The rooms smelled of something very chemical, the toilet in the bathroom smelled extremely bad, the carpets and furniture are run down and the shower/bathtub combination is super dangerous to get in or out of.
The rooms in the annex (left of the main hotel) are right by a bar that doesn’t stop playing loud music even during week days.
The staff was mostly very helpful although it really depends on the person. Some staff members seemed to be annoyed when asked any questions.
The breakfast buffet was good, I did enjoy the variety and the chef preparing the eggs was always kind and willing to adjust to a dietary requirement (no dairy products).

The view was amazing! Morning manager was very good! Clean and family friendly hotel. Not very crowded outside. Secure place even late at nights as there is good security. Many good restaurants nearby.
