Disappointing Stay in Need of RenovationI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
The condition of the room was very poor—certainly not what I expected for the price. The so-called "relaxing chair" was completely broken, making it unusable. In the bathroom, the arm support meant to help you stand up after a bath was also broken. I honestly thank my lucky stars that I left in one piece.The air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. On top of that, communication with room service was abysmal. They were either unresponsive or extremely slow to address any concerns.The only redeeming qualities were the convenient location and the decent breakfast buffet. However, given the overall condition of the hotel, it desperately needs renovation. Until improvements are made, I would not recommend staying here.

The location is definitely wonderful. Great view of the Bosphorus, close to restaurants etc.
Unfortunately the hotel itself feels old and really needs to be updated. The rooms smelled of something very chemical, the toilet in the bathroom smelled extremely bad, the carpets and furniture are run down and the shower/bathtub combination is super dangerous to get in or out of.
The rooms in the annex (left of the main hotel) are right by a bar that doesn’t stop playing loud music even during week days.
The staff was mostly very helpful although it really depends on the person. Some staff members seemed to be annoyed when asked any questions.
The breakfast buffet was good, I did enjoy the variety and the chef preparing the eggs was always kind and willing to adjust to a dietary requirement (no dairy products).

The location is amazing and the view is one-of-a-kind

The view was amazing! Morning manager was very good! Clean and family friendly hotel. Not very crowded outside. Secure place even late at nights as there is good security. Many good restaurants nearby.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel fell far short of expectations. From the outset, there was confusion regarding our reservation, leading to a lengthy and unnecessary discussion instead of a swift resolution, despite our exhaustion from a long flight.
Upon entering the room, it was evident that the service lacked attention to detail. Despite multiple requests, essential amenities such as water bottles and toiletries were not replenished, leaving us inconvenienced. The bathroom sink was persistently flooded, a glaring oversight that persisted throughout our stay.
Furthermore, the unpleasant odor emanating from the elevator was pervasive and off-putting, contradicting the hotel's purported five-star status. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and disregard for guest comfort detracted significantly from what should have been a relaxing stay.

As a VIP member, I must confess that while the spectacular view of the Bosphorus deserves 1000 stars, it can't overshadow the disadvantage I experienced during my stay at this hotel, such as dirty chairs, windows, and overall untidiness. However, the service provided by the staff was good. In particular, İbrahim, the waiter at the bar and restaurant, was exceptional, delivering professional service deserving of five stars. Unfortunately, the bakery section during breakfast was not tasty, but the rest of the food was satisfactory. The biggest issue was the neighboring bar and restaurant, Rumy, where the DJ played loud music, even until 5 AM, making it impossible to sleep throughout the night. Therefore, if you plan to stay at this hotel, avoid rooms close to the bar, especially on weekends.

Great location right on Bosphorous closer to Bebek, Beşiktaş but got to deal with the traffic unfortunately. Would have been five stars otherwise. Service was excellent, great & helpful front desk team. Murat from the house keeping team was excellent, he went out of his way to make sure that room was well stocked & clean. Rooms are clean but facilities need bit of an update. Overall this hotel offers great service and value. I most certainly would consider going back again.

staff were very professional and friendly. the view was amazing. rooms are spacious. clean. the hotel is a bit old but worth every penny. location is next to everything walking distance. there is a bus stop right in front of the main road. Ortaköy where all the stuffed potatoes are, is a walking distance.

Despite the hotel being old and the rooms needing renovation the location and staff were excellent. We managed to get early check in and late checkout. The view of the bosphorus during breakfast is breathtaking. Service was good and they have a nice outlet near the lobby serving drinks, food and overlooking the bosphorus. New years eve was amazing from the terrace.
