The hotel is designed in elegant Turkish style: a rich palette of dark blue and terracotta, high ceilings, ukradennye traditional hand-painted, exquisite lithographs on the walls. Located close to historical sites such as Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. From the hotel Windows offer beautiful views of Istanbul, the gardens and the Strait of the Bosphorus.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

Overall it was a very good experience. The food and drinks were much more expensive than previous trips to Istanbul but they explained this was because of newly implemented taxes. We ordered mimosas at breakfast and they were over $100 Euro! The service was very good, like other 4 Season resorts. The location was good as well but it can loud outside the hotel room especially on the weekends or if there is an event happening. We would stay there again if our travels bring us to Istanbul.

Visiting Istanbul without staying in the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is never the complete Istanbul experience, the hotel is outstanding in all aspects from check in to check out you will be treated like a king and your comfort is the hotel primary target. Thanks for all the Hotel team and the exceptional leadership of the hotel management.

The location of the hotel is sublime, but the volume level of music played at wedding parties during summer months, which go on for 3 hours, from 21.00 until midnight, is UNBEARABLE. I happen to live close to the hotel. But I know from friends who have stayed at the hotel during the summer season that this problem can be a major cause for complaint for guests aswell, especially when one thinks of the super high room rates. So all in all I wouldn’t recommend this place for people who are noise conscious. Hotel management is very polite and apologetic when you complain to them. But they have done nothing to resolve this problem over the years. This is surprising as it is clearly NOT necessary to maintain such high music levels in order for wedding guests to have a good time.

So disappointed by our stay here. This hotel does not live up to the usual Four Seasons standard. Rooms are similar to an airport hotel unless you stay in the palace building.
The staff are incompetent and I’ve been trying to get in contact with the reception manager since I left but no one responds.
We couldn’t get an evening drink at the pool as I think the staff just couldn’t be bothered to serve us. At the prices they are charging, the lack of service was outrageous.
We paid $75USD for breakfast and it was inedible. Eggs were completely raw.
Lastly the location is away from everything, there’s nothing really within an easy walking distance and so you have to get a taxi. With traffic in Istanbul we ended up being 40mins late for dinner one night. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Pennisula or Ritz instead.

Dude, your shower isn’t even working. And you charge 25000 TL for a night? Don’t make me laugh.
If it weren’t your janitors and waiters are super nice, I would’ve gave you a worse review.

We went for lunch but they refused to seat us at the bosphorus view even though the place was empty because it is reserved for hotel occupants. Doesn't make sense to turn away customers so carelessly especially since other hotels handle the situation depending on demand. Such a waste of time & terrible treatment.

Stayed for 2 nights on January 27th, room 3115 had shower facilities; insufficient water volume and unstable water temperature. The bed and quilt and pillows are comfortable. In addition, it is recommended to provide a wireless mobile phone charging stand.

We had a lovely Sunday Brunch… terrific band. Delightful food. So,so many staff. A little bit too many staff. Lots of ill-dressed men doing not much. The driveway staff very arrogant. Such a strange dichotomy.
