We stayed there for 4 nights in the hotel. The hotel have lovely view of the sea weather is amazing spl near year end. Rooms are comfortable and spacious staff was very helpful and in the buffet they have large selectionof foods starts from fruit to pastry eggs non veg etc etc. Beautiful hotel with good and supportive staff

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and overall, I had an amazing experience with the service, which was truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant.

However, there were a few areas that I found disappointing. Firstly, the hotel has a bar, but it was never open during our stay. This was quite surprising for a 5-star hotel. I overheard a British family also questioning why the bar was not operational.

Additionally, there is no rooftop restaurant, which was something we were looking forward to. The lack of a hookah service, which was available before the pandemic, was also noticeable.

One of the major issues we faced was with the taxis. The hotel does not have its own fleet of taxis, and instead, they hail taxis from the street. This often led to unprofessional and inconvenient experiences.

For instance, a taxi arranged by the hotel took 45 minutes for a 12-minute journey to a hookah lounge, which was quite frustrating.

If the hotel could address these issues, particularly the availability of the bar, the addition of a rooftop restaurant, reinstating the hookah service, and providing more reliable taxi services, it would elevate the experience significantly. Despite these drawbacks, the exceptional service makes the Four Seasons a great place to stay.

Great waterfront location with an excellent restaurant. We enjoyed a light lunch there and then took the water shuttle to the other Four Seasons hotel. What a Turkish Delight

With a guided tour excursion, we stopped here for lunch. The hotel, service, and food were excellent. Our host Cengiz was very attentive and took care of us. Truly enjoyed our visit.

It is conveniently located for sightseeing.

Overall it was a very good experience. The food and drinks were much more expensive than previous trips to Istanbul but they explained this was because of newly implemented taxes. We ordered mimosas at breakfast and they were over $100 Euro! The service was very good, like other 4 Season resorts. The location was good as well but it can loud outside the hotel room especially on the weekends or if there is an event happening. We would stay there again if our travels bring us to Istanbul.
