The room was stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in, and the amenities were thoughtful and luxurious. It made the whole weekend feel even more memorable.

I regularly stay at Four Seasons properties around the world and always book through American Express Centurion, precisely because I expect a certain level of service — especially when it comes to the arrival experience.
Unfortunately, something went wrong at Four Seasons Istanbul.
It was nearly 1 a.m., and despite notifying the hotel in advance, no one came to assist with our luggage. We had to unload everything ourselves, with no help whatsoever. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
To be fair, the manager, the hotel director, and the front desk manager responded promptly and were very professional, and we truly appreciate their effort. But unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for a poor first impression. The arrival sets the tone for the entire stay — and it should be flawless.
We understand that oversights can happen, but the Four Seasons name carries expectations of excellence that, in this case, were not met.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously. A Centurion guest doesn’t expect apologies — they expect standards.
Every member of the staff was genuinely helpful, warm, and welcoming, always smiling and ensuring we felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. A truly memorable visit — I can’t recommend it enough.
Honestly the vibe is just different the energy of the place just makes you feel so good. I hope you spoil yourself and come.
