Worst Hotel Experience – Don’t Be Fooled by Fake Reviews
This was by far the worst choice I’ve ever made when booking a hotel. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable—mold and stains covered the bathroom, the bed sheets were clearly unwashed, and under the bed was a disgusting mix of dust and leftover trash from previous guests.
While the rooms are small (which would have been fine), the lack of basic hygiene made the entire stay unbearable. Despite advertising free Wi-Fi, I was never able to connect throughout my visit. The “breakfast” was incredibly poor—barely anything on offer and definitely not worth the price.
I paid a significant amount expecting at least basic standards, but received none. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel from the outside was nice, but inside the hotel didn't even have an elevator. The room was very small. 34 euros for a single bed? I find it really bizarre. The shower looked old and dirty. There was a small window that you couldn't even see through. The location is very remote. There are metros to the big bazaars. And there are supermarkets nearby. The receptionists were very friendly. Especially Karim is very cute.

The otel lock nice from outside but from inside it's old , no elevator and the w.c it's dirty and shower glass broken the bed is comfortable and Mr.kareem is very nice and helpful but you have to think again before book speacialy there is nearest otels directly more clean and cheaper.

I've been staying in the Liman Hotel for 5 days. I was so happy with my stay. The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. Especially Kareem did a perfect job. Whenever I needed a tea, I got one. No matter at what time of the day!
I usually slept long so I didn't try the breakfast. However, I got biscuits with my first tea of the day. When I had questions they were all answered. It got quite cold in the evening and Kareem offered me the remote for the AC/ heating without me asking for it. Thankyou for that.
The location is just perfect. Close to the tram, to travel to all touristic areas of Istanbul. Yet it was really quiet. I always came back for an afternoon nap and could always sleep well.
The room was small, yes. But I could move freely. Shower, toilet and the room were clean. The bed was comfortable. I could practice my Arabic and Turkish with the staff and it really felt like home!
When I am back in Istanbul, I will be staying here again!

I stayed in this hotel about 5days hotel is ok .reception guy kareem is so helpful he is so kind. All ways willing to help you.hotel is next to tram Station. You can catch a tram from hotel to sultanhamet, sea river, taksim square.all shops and restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel , enjoyed my stay there everything was near including bus station , supermarkets and a lot of restaurants it’s not far from taksim square also

Me and my wife have stayed here many times now after driving from England web checked in at different hours and it’s been perfect 👌 great location you have everything you need around you shops , restaurants etc - the staff are excellent and the hotel is peaceful and very clean - after travelling to and from Iraq or from europe I call the liman hotel my home from home😁🙏🏼❤️
