I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

horrible hotel was meant to stay for 4 night ended up leaving after the second, there were bed bugs abd beetles walking around the bed, all over my clothes and under the mattress were red bugs 100% an unclean hotel. went to the reception and was accused of bring bed bugs into the rooms. wod not recommend.

The room was smaller than I expected.
The toilet with shower next to it is uncomfortable because all the time the seat is getting wet and after shower so much water is near the toilet seat. (Is not provided a drain hole)
The toilet is very small. And there is no space in the room at all.
The wardrobe is very small. We had just 3 hangers and not any other space.
You can find a seif in the wardrobe, which is nice if you want to keep your items safe. But like I said, you don't have space to put your clothes.
We stayed in room 102.
The breakfast is on the roof, which is an amazing idea. Here, you have a wonderful view. Staff is very friendly
But everything else is amazing apart from the small room (which was tidy and clean). 😊

Scam, stay away if possible. Staff gave us an economy room when we booked a standard one, this happened to other people I know as well, this way they can sell the higher class room again for better money. Staff was also rude, refused to give me an umbrella when just 5 minutes before they were offering multiple ones to a woman. Room and bed was incredibly small, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms, also a strong sewage smell in the room. Good side of this "4 star hotel": cleaning service was good, got us new towels and toiletries daily, breakfast was adequate, location is very central. Thats about it. We did not have high expectations for the price but scamming us was not right. Stay away, you can find better hotels for the same price.

2 small lifts for 50 rooms. All the day you are spending waiting for the lift. Cleaning is terrible. Breakfast is limited low quality.

Low housekeeping service, low quality of breakfast. The terrace has a great view, but there is no bar and no services there after breakfast time.
