Good hotel, restaurant with a view of the city and the Bosphorus on the 7th floor.
If the staff did not forget to add clean towels, it would be great. You need to be persistent.
But they are friendly, tolerant, in this sense everything is great.

Excellent hotel. Convenient location, metro within 100 meters, tram station University 3 min walk. Good breakfasts, cozy restaurant on the 7th floor, a gorgeous view of the city and the strait. Cleaning daily.

Pros of the hotel: good location relative to the main attractions, helpful staff, good breakfasts. Cons: musty smell in the room, strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, loud karaoke music from the cafe until late, the cleaning lady forgot to put water in the room, no balcony.

Everything was pretty good, but the only thing that was really bad was the noise at night. On the 7th floor there is some club that works until 2 am. It is quite difficult to fall asleep with such bass

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, metro and tram stops nearby, lots of shops and good restaurants nearby too. The ladies from guest relations was lovely and very helpful, we were a little unhappy with our initial room and she helped fix the issue very fast and efficiently for us.
The selection at breakfast was impressive as was the view from the breakfast room and had everything we wanted. There's also a rooftop restaurant and hookah lounge which had nice cocktails and food.
Overall very happy with our stay here.

Excellent location. Good breakfast in a great room and a pianist. INCHI from the guest information is just incredible. Very nice, patient always happy to help. She has been fantastic. Rooms can be a bit noisy and honestly were only ok-ish... Still EXCELLENT value for money

The hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was mostly friendly and the live piano music was a nice touch. However, there was no active ventilation in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was not password-protected. The door was also loose and would create noise with strong drafts. There were not enough hangers in the room by the door for coats and vests, and there was no soundproofing at all between rooms. Finally, the photos on Booking were not consistent with the actual rooms.
