We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, metro and tram stops nearby, lots of shops and good restaurants nearby too. The ladies from guest relations was lovely and very helpful, we were a little unhappy with our initial room and she helped fix the issue very fast and efficiently for us.
The selection at breakfast was impressive as was the view from the breakfast room and had everything we wanted. There's also a rooftop restaurant and hookah lounge which had nice cocktails and food.
Overall very happy with our stay here.

Excellent location. Good breakfast in a great room and a pianist. INCHI from the guest information is just incredible. Very nice, patient always happy to help. She has been fantastic. Rooms can be a bit noisy and honestly were only ok-ish... Still EXCELLENT value for money

The hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was mostly friendly and the live piano music was a nice touch. However, there was no active ventilation in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was not password-protected. The door was also loose and would create noise with strong drafts. There were not enough hangers in the room by the door for coats and vests, and there was no soundproofing at all between rooms. Finally, the photos on Booking were not consistent with the actual rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay and would diffently visit again and recommend to friends and family. The team was very helpful and always smiling from the reception, housekeeper and at Breakfast. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help out and advise on the tours and trips in Istanbul. Overall a pleasant stay.

Pros: excellent location, the food was good for breakfast.. the sauna and pool were also a plus
Cons: the wifi was really bad and didn’t work in our room.. this is a big problem for someone like me who is traveling and working at the same time. Also, there is a lounge at the top of the hotel that plays music really loud. We could feel the bass vibration from our room, and they play late every night. The room was also much smaller than I expected, we could barely navigate in it with 2 people

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in June. Hotel is located in the very center of old town, touristic area, 25 minutes walk from Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapy and Grand Bazar. There is also a beautiful park with Shechzade Mosque in 5 min walk, so in case you stay there, you will be able to see everything not using taxi or public transport. What impressed me most is the fantastic view from the 7th floor to old town where breakfast was served. There is also a good restaurant on the 1st floor, but take note that portions are really too big for one person. Our room was on non-smoking 1st floor, it was clean and towels were changed every day. Service overall was very good and reception was ready to support us with anything we needed, they arranged us transfer from the airport and taxi back to the airport. Overall I’m very much impressed with this place and for sure would recommend to anyone to stay there especially for weekend. Thank you!

Bathroom smelled sewage, the shower didnt drain the water and overflow to the rest of the bathroom.
The room was very nice and the bathtub was pretty good for a long bath. Some staff where pretty cheerful others not so much

A disco not an hotel! Stay away from this hotel, it’s terribile. There are two disco one on the rooftop and one in the lobby and it’s absolutely impossible to get what you have paid for: to sleep.
Our room also stinked of smoke, very small and uncomfortable.

We had the booking in this hotel two months in advance and one day before our trip we have received an email where they have actually cancelled our reservation with no valid reason. We have provided 3 different credit and debit card to secure our room but some reason they declined all of it. 10 minutes later I call them and this time I realized they not speaking English or they pretending to no speak any other language. I was on the phone with them about 35 minutes and I was demand to speak with a manager but they simply hang up a phone on me. I tried to call them again and they said nothing they can do because the hotel is fully booked so is no reason to calling them because they can’t give me room anyway (on the side note I’m traveling with my 1,5 year old son and a 5 months pregnant wife) so they hang up a phone on me again. The whole phone call I was tried to remain calm and professional as I also working in the hotel industry as an executive chef but the hotel staff was carelessness and rude.
I would like to warn everyone to be careful to book any room in this hotel and I also hope the leadership will do the right action and it will not happen with others

This hotel was honestly fantastic!
The staff were even better - massive thanks to Feride at customer relations who went over and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The reception staff were also very very good.
There is a little noise due to the location but we went to the restaurant where it was and it was also lovely. The location was also brilliant 15 mins walk to the grand bazaar, 5 minutes walk to the tram which will take you to the main tourist spots and ferry port.
Overall a great trip but what made it better was the customer service
