Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Ottomare

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! A special thanks to Rim and her colleagues at the reception, who gave us a warm welcome and surprised us with an upgrade to a stunning suite with a sea view – a fantastic start to our stay as VIP members. The welcome drink was also a lovely gesture that we truly appreciated.

At the restaurant, we would like to highlight Eda, who made our stay especially pleasant with her friendliness and attentiveness. The breakfast was fantastic: plentiful, with a wide variety of fresh dishes and excellent omelets.

The reception staff were also very helpful and provided great tips on places to visit in Istanbul, which made our stay in this vast and fascinating city even better.

The spa area was fine, but it could be improved if it were reserved exclusively for hotel guests. It was a bit crowded since there were also external visitors.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – we look forward to coming back!

Been staying here for the last couple of days and Gulten has been doing our room each day and has gone above and beyond with everything she has done even leaving a lovely sculpted towel arrangement each day she is very talented and also very kind and approachable.

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu, and the staff made all the difference! Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly exceptional, a level of service you rarely encounter. Special thanks to Mr. Ozan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests—even those that other hotels have often met with resistance.
For light sleepers or those sensitive to noise, I’d recommend choosing a room with a water view, as traffic can be noticeable on the street-facing side. However, the staff’s dedication and service quality more than made up for any minor inconvenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly personalized and welcoming stay!

Extra extra kudos extra outstanding compliments to 'Nurten' at the breakfast. I have gluten and diary allergy/sensitivities. Every single day she arranged gluten free bread, almond milk and arranged the perfect breakfast for me. over 8days at a place makes the biggest difference. She bent backwards and it meant the world to us. She is absolutely the kindest, most caring, most genuinely amazing young professional lady. I will always return to this hotel just for her and the amazing team like hers!! outstanding and above

We had a comfortable 4-night stay. The accommodations were flawless and the rooms were pristine, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The view from the hotel room was beautiful and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Special thanks to resul, a member of the staff who helped us immensely during our stay.

Elis attened our room. It was spotless each day. She does an exceptionally great job and always has a smile to share. She is very hard working and is a credit to this hotel. Amazing person and super helpful.

Very nice hotel, very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and most of time supportive. Breakfast was a nice experience, specially my omelettes were delicious. Loved the pool, nice atmosphere during the day and night. Close to the local shops and markets, also train to center is 10 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Slightly out of town but worth staying here and catching a taxi. On the positive side of this is that it is in a nice area and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle things, which is not far to get to with taxis at your doorstep.
Good facilities with pools indoor and outdoor, adequately equipped gym, sauna, steam room etc.
Brilliant in room showers and comfortable bedding.
Friendly staff and good service.
