We had a comfortable 4-night stay. The accommodations were flawless and the rooms were pristine, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The view from the hotel room was beautiful and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Special thanks to resul, a member of the staff who helped us immensely during our stay.

Elis attened our room. It was spotless each day. She does an exceptionally great job and always has a smile to share. She is very hard working and is a credit to this hotel. Amazing person and super helpful.

Very nice hotel, very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and most of time supportive. Breakfast was a nice experience, specially my omelettes were delicious. Loved the pool, nice atmosphere during the day and night. Close to the local shops and markets, also train to center is 10 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Brilliant place.
Can’t really fault it.
Good value for money compared to the rest of the 5*around.
Slightly out of town but worth staying here and catching a taxi. On the positive side of this is that it is in a nice area and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle things, which is not far to get to with taxis at your doorstep.
Good facilities with pools indoor and outdoor, adequately equipped gym, sauna, steam room etc.
Brilliant in room showers and comfortable bedding.
Friendly staff and good service.
I would come back and do recommend this place. (:-)

I was in Istanbul this month and we chose this hotel looking at the very good reviews and pictures.
When we have entered in the room I was shocked to see dirt and dust everywhere (see the pictures to understand what I am talking about).
It was very hard to believe that a hotel from Radisson Blue chain and with a room rate above 200 euro/night can offer such dirty rooms.
We have booked a premium room with a balcony and sea view but was not specified that is not a balcony and is something very small and useless. In the front of the hotel is a big road and you can admire the heavy traffic.
I have stayed in other hotels at half price and very clean comparing with this one. Look twice before book a room here because you can find very good hotels in Instanbul.

Currently staying here, the suns blazing lovely day, the outdoor pool looks so inviting. However it’s not currently in service something about rain water in it. Seems madness it’s so hot, the pictures online show this lovely pool but it’s not allowed to be used.
In all honesty I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew on this in my day I had to sit by an indoor pool, plenty of other hotels have a working pool at this time of year.

Great place.... Luxury and with amazing view. The room was perfect and clean. The food was very good and delicious. The staff was very friendly and kind. Special thanks to Mr. Cihan Öz who make us feeling that we are at the right place at the very first moment. We arrived 10 o'clock in the morning but he was so kind to not wait for our room until 3am. And furthermore he upgraded for us with a beautiful view to the garden and the sea 😊 Definitely we will come back!

Best experience ever , Everybody respectful, helpful and nice, We was booked king bedroom for nine nights. We got some problems with blue dry just I complain about that Mr.Cihan oz Hotel manager, respectfully upgrade my room to the top-notch suite, and make me so happy. Also, he send me over a lot of fresh fruits and nuts are super nice unhelpful. I love that place top-notch customer service highly recommend

The service was horrible and I honestly did not feel respect and kindness from staff and at times I had to call several times for most simple things. Then Why 5 stars? Because the guard at door was always welcoming, smiling, and respectful. The reception should take notes from him (black hair guy at front door). Also your service would be better if you took our luggage upstairs at checkin, and included toothbrush and slippers from beginning.
Overall the hotel itself got nice rooms, the sea view od actually a commercial port view.
