Location: in Sultanahmet-Eminonu, in the center of Istanbul, 20 km from the airport, 250 m from the Bosphorus.
Consists of one 4-storey building (only 65 rooms).

Handy location in the Old City, very close to key sites, and with its own interesting history. Luxurious, well maintained, and comfortable accommodation and courtyard garden. Great service. Shuttle service to sibling property on the edge of the Bosphorus.

For those who prefer a discreet and high service hotel experience, this is the best hotel from which to see the sites in Istanbul. It is a boutique hotel--only 65 rooms. The location, decor, service, room quality, and location are exceptional. There is a free shuttle (land or boat) between the FS properties.

The service here is honestly 5 stars. I loved the food. The building. The location and have spent almost 3 weeks so far in paradise. Next place I travel to, I’m going to book other four season hotels as well. Definitely pleased. I’m sure others agree with me that you won’t be disappointed in your stay here.

Located in the heart of the market. Walked all around, got bullied by the taxis there but it can be overlooked hardly anything. Overall fantastic experience by the staff, food, valet services, etc. They have a buggy to take you to the pier. The staff especially the front desk and the breakfast restaurant will make your days there excellent.

**Terrible Service: Disrespectful Treatment of Guests**
My recent experience at Four Seasons was extremely disappointing due to the disrespectful treatment we received from the staff. As paying guests who were ordering drinks and dessert, we needed a small, quiet corner of the hotel's empty lobby to perform our prayers, which would have taken just three minutes. Instead, we were approached by security and told that we could not pray there and should go to the mosque instead.
This was not only inconvenient but also highly disrespectful. The staff's lack of understanding and unwillingness to accommodate our simple request made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's shocking that a hotel claiming to offer high end hospitality and service would treat its guests in such a manner.
We chose Four Seasons expecting a respectful and inclusive environment but were met with intolerance and poor service. We will not be returning. We had a long conversation with the Manager and security and multiple times they said no and so we left.

The service and accommodations were clean with great attention to detail. From airport pick-up to drop-off, everything has been managed well. We had an incredible time thanks to the professional and friendly staff who were always keen to help. Breakfast was delicious. The room was attractive and comfortable, we enjoyed the fresh things that were saved daily.
We also visited their other properties along the Bosphorus where we were welcomed with the same kind of hospitality and professionalism. I can't wait to come back!

Service and accommodations were immaculate with great attention to detail. From airport pick-up to drop-off, everything was well managed seamlessly. We had the most incredible time thanks to the professional, friendly, and efficient staff who were always eager to help. Breakfast was delicious and the staff had us try their local specialties. At the bar, the mixologist guided us through the mystical and exotic homemade infusions, oils, herbs and spices and created a delicious custom cocktail based on our preferred taste and flavor profile. Room was inviting and comfortable, we enjoyed the fresh goodies that were provided daily. We also visited their other property along the Bosphorous where we were welcomed with the same kind of hospitality and professionalism. Can't wait to go back!

stopped off for a refreshment in the Four Seasons bar (after a long sightseeing day) . Had some beers and snacks in the bar. The service was very good and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The hotel location is so central beside the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosques. Would recommend hotel to all visitors.

The rooms are exceptional. The staff were helpful, and the service was perfect. Dinner had some great choices, but the breakfast was my favorite. Location was in the heart of an urban area with beautiful sights all around. Overall, this hotel is one of the nicest I've been to in a long time. Well done to the staff and management crew.

As always, elegant and lovely. We only popped in to have some drinks in an environment that has a history and style.
