I'd like to take a moment to commend Samad for his outstanding service during my visit to the hotel. Despite being seated in a different part of the hotel, Samad went above and beyond to accommodate our request for Turkish coffee and dessert, which the restaurant didn't have available. His polite and friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable.

It was wonderful staying at the Swissotel! We loved the stunning view and the delicious breakfast each morning. The room service was definitely a 10 out of 10. Special thanks to Salih Alahmad for taking such great care of us and he made our stay extra enjoyable. We were super happy with our experience and will definitely be back again!

What a fabulous hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. Everyone was pleasant and attentive without being “overpowering.”
Hayal serviced my room and she always left it clean and tidy. She was just lovely.
I ordered room service one evening and my meal arrived piping hot and was delivered with a smile.
The view of the Dolmabahçe Palace and the Bosphorus from my room was amazing.
This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Oasis restaurant by the pool is fantastic and beautiful. Amazing vibes, great food, and even better service. The server Canberk served us with grace, haste, and a smile. We are very happy!
