Absolutely fabulous hotel in Istanbul with stunning views! Loved everything about it- the rooms, pool, the park and the staff. There was an elderly housekeeping staff who was so sweet but unfortunately forgot to take his name.
The lobby area was beautiful too! It was walking distance from the shopping street which one could easily do.
There was also a beautiful rooftop restaurant/ bar which was great! 💯 recommended!

Our stay at the Swiss Hotel in Istanbul was truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced—fresh, plentiful, and beautifully presented. What made it even more memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Burakhan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail elevated our experience and made us feel right at home.
If you are visiting Istanbul, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included—it’s worth every penny. The combination of comfort, hospitality, and impeccable service makes Swiss Hotel a standout choice.

Fantastic Stay and Amazing Staff
Loved my time at Swissotel! The room was spotless, the location ideal, and the facilities excellent. The staff were the real highlight, thank you to Eren who cleaned our room perfectly, Nur and Tutahan who welcomed us and served us at the buffet which were all so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Compared to last year, I have to give a minus point for the service, but this is not due to the staff but rather to the management. With such a high guest frequency, more staff should be employed accordingly. They were sometimes overwhelmed and couldn't quite keep up with all the orders and clearing the tables, forgetting orders, Refills etc.
I recommend it anyway because it’s a nice Hotel well located!!!

Relay was an exceptional housekeeper, known for her dedication, attention to detail, and warm personality. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every room was spotless, fresh, and welcoming. Her work was always thorough—floors gleamed, beds were perfectly made, and everything was neatly in place. Guests often complimented the cleanliness and comfort of the space, thanks to Relay’s hard work. She took great pride in her role and treated every task with care and professionalism. Her positive attitude and reliability made her a valued member of the team and someone everyone could depend on for outstanding results.

Good hotel, good location, staff were helpful and friendly. Food wasn’t the best in my opinion expensive and tasteless compared to other hotels, only thing which was nice was the fruits but didn’t matter anyways as I ate outside generally

Wonderful 10 days for business trip. Hotel well located in Besiktas not far from the main Istanbul places.
Highly professional staff, always friendly and going to the extra miles for the guests.
A special shout out to Mr Merig Ceyhun at the lobby whom not hesitate to upgrade my stay onto a better category room.
And also a thousand of thanks to the cleaning man in charge of my room (1234). Always smiling and really sympathic and professional. The room was clean everyday and it made our stay really comfortable. I did not have chance to say him good bye as our flight was on the middle of the night. I hope that the hotel management will give him my feedback and will express to him my thanks.
The several restaurants employees are also amazing. They are all so professional and always trying to help the guests.
The breakfast was a nice buffet with excellent local turkish dishes but also classical occidental meals. Breakfast time was really busy but the staff always manage to get you a table quickly.
I will for sure come back again at Swissotel for my future trip to Istanbul. I felt at home during those 10 days.

Oh my god, this hotel was next level. This location is unbeatable magnificent views of the Bosphorous the blue mosque and many other sightseeing must do’s.
The house Restaurant were fantastic. The staff all spoke English fluently. They couldn’t do enough to assist. I love the place. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

It's a great decision to stay at this hotel. There are many amenities inside, the rooms are spacious, and the rooms overlooking the Bosphorus have a beautiful, mesmerizing view. The furniture and decoration of the room are amazing and impressive, it is comfortable to work at a desk in the room, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help and solve all problems. There is a good gym, there are types of exercise equipment and there are enough of them, the pool is small, but it's just right for small swims. The spa area is also quite compact, but it has everything you need and it is of high quality and everything is well thought out. An abundance of different restaurants, recreation areas and bars for every taste. There are even interactive programs. Excellent breakfasts and quality food. I can definitely recommend it and will definitely come back again. Excellent service and all the necessary services and facilities for a quality stay.
