It's a great decision to stay at this hotel. There are many amenities inside, the rooms are spacious, and the rooms overlooking the Bosphorus have a beautiful, mesmerizing view. The furniture and decoration of the room are amazing and impressive, it is comfortable to work at a desk in the room, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help and solve all problems. There is a good gym, there are types of exercise equipment and there are enough of them, the pool is small, but it's just right for small swims. The spa area is also quite compact, but it has everything you need and it is of high quality and everything is well thought out. An abundance of different restaurants, recreation areas and bars for every taste. There are even interactive programs. Excellent breakfasts and quality food. I can definitely recommend it and will definitely come back again. Excellent service and all the necessary services and facilities for a quality stay.

The west building rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring both comfort and elegance. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus from my room was an absolute highlight.

The dining options were equally impressive, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious cuisine and exceptional service. Breakfast on the terrace was absolutely spectacular. The service team were extremely attentive and friendly, Rezan was one of the service team that impressed us 👏🏽🙏🏽.

We had a delightful time at Swissôtel Bosphorus. The hotel itself is beautiful, with top-notch amenities and fantastic dining options that really elevate the experience.

We did encounter an issue with noise during the night, which was initially disappointing. However, when we raised our concern with Faith, the manager, he responded with exceptional professionalism. He quickly arranged for a room change and made sure we were well taken care of, handling the situation with grace and understanding.

Thanks to his efforts, our stay remained a positive and enjoyable one. We truly appreciated the high level of service and would recommend Swissôtel Bosphorus for anyone looking for a luxurious and well-managed hotel in Istanbul.

I'd like to take a moment to commend Samad for his outstanding service during my visit to the hotel. Despite being seated in a different part of the hotel, Samad went above and beyond to accommodate our request for Turkish coffee and dessert, which the restaurant didn't have available. His polite and friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable.

It was wonderful staying at the Swissotel! We loved the stunning view and the delicious breakfast each morning. The room service was definitely a 10 out of 10.
