What a fabulous hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. Everyone was pleasant and attentive without being “overpowering.”
Hayal serviced my room and she always left it clean and tidy. She was just lovely.
I ordered room service one evening and my meal arrived piping hot and was delivered with a smile.
The view of the Dolmabahçe Palace and the Bosphorus from my room was amazing.
This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Oasis restaurant by the pool is fantastic and beautiful. Amazing vibes, great food, and even better service. The server Canberk served us with grace, haste, and a smile. We are very happy!

The hotel is pure luxury. From the entrance hall to the rooms, pool and spa everything was great. Especially the service is very attentive and Mehmet from the room service read all our wishes from our eyes!

We had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Hotel Istanbul. The highlight of our visit was the fantastic service we received at the pool area from Ali. He ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His dedication and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Visited restaurant on 16th floor, all was delicious, good selection of food and cocktails, fabulous view from the roof on Bosphorus.

Very good stay at this hotel.
Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice view.
Personal are very polite and serving, service is quick and precise.
Food is Amazon from different kitchens in the worlds.

The hotel is very nice and well situated. It has a very beautiful view on the Bosphorus. The rooms are very nice, we had a room with a view on the Bosphorus. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The service in the hotel hall is to be improved you can have a seat for one hour and the servers might not even ask you if you need anything ! I was disappointed by this behavior and I found the service to be improved in this cafe with a very beautiful view, but the view does not make the service. I hope that management will work on improving this service which is the heart of the hotel. Another point to be improved the main hall cafe does not offer fresh juice other than orange or grapefruit ! I only drink freshly squeezed juices so it was disappointing to have only two choices in a very beautiful hotel.

Moreover, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness significantly enhance the overall experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. The only drawback is the difficulty in obtaining a room with a picturesque view, which is highly sought after by many guests. Despite this minor challenge, Swissôtel The Bosphorus remains a top-notch choice for a memorable stay in Istanbul.

Ultra amazing athmosphere. Our room had a bosphorus view which was outstanding for us. At nights, lights were dancing at the sky. Room service was splendid. They take care our kids stuff with care. I love Istanbul so much and cannot wait to come back again.
