First impression of the hotel is not what I was expected to be huge when you step into the lobby. The reception staffs as helpful & friendly as he could be and help us with the early check in after our long early flight. However not recommended to order room services as the food was cold, dry & overpriced. Also the staffs was not polite in answering our call and impatient to answer our requests.

Best hotel, next to the tramway and near to Sultanahmet area, nice area with plenty of coffee houses and restaurants.
Staff are friendly and very helpful and speak good English.
"Talha" is a great receptionist with a great attitude, he is very helpful and welcoming, ask him how to get to any place in Istanbul and he will explain to you in details how to get there.
The hotel will welcome you with a nice refreshment lemonade.

The people here were very nice. Good English is spoken. The location is excellent, there are typical coffee houses, restaurants and stores next to the hotel. They are where normal Turkish people go. Not tourist traps. And right across the street is the tram that takes you to The Blue Mosque area in about twelve minutes. It is highly recommended.

I stayed last night in this hotel. The hotel was cozy, the room clean and everything in order, the only detail is we didn’t have hot water in the shower. After a long day visiting the city the only thing you want is a hot bath. The hotel staff could’ve been more welcoming and friendly, just saying.

Beautifully kept rooms, very clean, wifi was included, perfect location as it’s right in front of the tram station.
The staff here are incredible, every time I asked for help they offered assistance immediately. I received a complementary breakfast the next day which I really enjoyed.
Also received some complementary sweets the first day. Highly recommend to anyone, the value, the care and Turkish hospitality is amazing. I hope to return soon.

We had a very pleasant stay in friendly hotel. It’s also convenient for the family. The whole staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I would like to thank Aybala and Yigit in the reception, Mediha in housekeeping and restaurant team. Definitely worth of revisiting.

Very nice hotel, top-notch service, and spacious rooms. My only complaint so far is the beds. Their king-size bed is so small if you get used to California king.

i loved it !! rooms are big. cleanliness bcz of the best SEHER. she is so kind 😍.. the location is perfect. u can take directly the tram in front of the hotel to move from station to another one!!

The hotel and room were very clean. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers parking and breakfast. The breakfast was nice and offers variety of food including warm food. The breakfast staff were available for help. I liked the hotel location with easy access to the attractions and restaurants. I would stay here in the future.

Everything just perfect. Breakfast is delicious, location is beyond my expectations. I can go everywhere literally just by walk. And right in front of the hotel there are metro stations which I made myself lost and arrived in Gaziosmanpasa 😅😅. But definitely will coming back to this beautiful mesmerizing hotel. This place is a treasure. I had beautiful memories here.. 🥰🥰
