Our room was dusty for some unknown reasons and A/c was full of dust which kept us sneezing through out the night. So our sleep was interrupted, which was not expected from a 4 star hotel. I reported at the customer care desk and they said the m they will check it but nothing happened. The terrace pool is good though small.
However, we were asked to pay for additional coffee - you only get two coffee satchels and no dairy milk ( they offer coffee mate). Nonetheless, even with this criticism - I would definitely stay here again.
Reception is welcoming and they promptly resolved any issues we had.
The hotel is good. Rooms are sizable.
The cleanliness is acceptable.
The staff are helpful and kind.
We had my son's birthday 🎈 which the breakfast team led by Mr Azim and Hüseyin organized perfectly for the cake.
Would we come back to the hotel. Yes.
