Radisson Hotel President Old Town Istanbul

Everything was very good. The staff is very helpful and assisted in everything we asked for. They are very polite and good at speaking english. The location is great, close to the tram. It is by walking distance to many of the tourists spots, which is a big plus. Please not that the road is closed where the hotel is located, meaning you have to walk down a few meters to grab a taxi. All roads are a bit bumpy/uneven, so it can be difficult to walk down/up if you have a form of walking disability. The breakfast is worth the money with many varieties. The room is a also good, beds are comfortable, bathroom is well equipped. However, the carpets in the room areold, so they need to be changed.

I had a really good experience, the staff are very understanding and accommodating.

However, we were asked to pay for additional coffee - you only get two coffee satchels and no dairy milk ( they offer coffee mate). Nonetheless, even with this criticism - I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with the he family for 5 nights.
Reception is welcoming and they promptly resolved any issues we had.
The hotel is good. Rooms are sizable.
The cleanliness is acceptable.
The staff are helpful and kind.
We had my son's birthday 🎈 which the breakfast team led by Mr Azim and Hüseyin organized perfectly for the cake.
Would we come back to the hotel. Yes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel President Old Town, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
One staff member, in particular, stood out – Ibrahim(Front desk wearing glass). His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. Ibrahim made sure that all my needs were met and always greeted me with a warm smile. His dedication to providing top-notch service truly enhanced my stay.
The hotel's location in the heart of the old town is perfect for exploring the city's historic sites. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.
The amenities offered by the hotel were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The overall ambiance of the hotel was charming and inviting.

Top quality and gluten free friendly. With our eleven year old daughter we have spend a very nice and comfortable weekend. Moreover, they have a good variety of gluten free options for brrakfast and dinner and the staff knows about the problem. Mr Muammer is very kind, speaks a very good Spanish and gives precise assistance for any issue. The hotel is very well located in the city centre. Thank you so much.

This is a great hotel just off some shops and a tram station. We stayed a few nights and could not complain about anything- service was great and rooms were always clean. Terrace restaurant has great views and the views from the gym are great. We didn’t use the pool but it is in a strange place, next to the restaurant. Restaurant provides free water at reception and is close to everything. Views outside aren’t great but they can’t do anything about that.

Good location for the old town, within 5 mins of the T1 tramway which makes it easy to get around. Breakfast was good, dinner was OK - there are better options out there but fine if you are tired and don’t want to walk. Views from the breakfast and dinner areas are outstanding over the southern part of the city - great viewing. The room was smallish but clean and well equipped- the air conditioning wasn’t working while we were there but it was April so not particularly hot and a window open cooled us down. Some of the surrounding streets were scruffy due to the shoe shops and street traders but you can easily avoid those if you want to.

Great place to stay in Istanbul. Walkable to most of the major attractions including Grand bazaar. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Staff never said no to anything we asked for and always served with a smile. The rooftop terrace has great views from restaurant.Couldn't find a fault in our stay. Highly recommended

In the heart of a shopping district, just off the gallery market. Very close to all of the attractions. The staff is so nice and would do anything for us. So grateful for this lovely place to sleep and the bed was yeah amazing. Don't miss the rooftop breakfast Sunrise.
