Overall I give it a 3 star.
The rooms were very hot and air con wasn’t working.
There was no hot water in our room I’ve asked them 3 times to fix it

But I like the service, the safety and the guest relations (Zainab) was VERY supportive. As soon as she heard I have a problem she fixed it on the spot.

But overall I would stay here again.

Amazing experience from start to finish. They arranged an early check in for us due to my dad’s disability which meant a lot to us. Breakfast was always kept to a high standard.

Special shoutout to Aziz who was a delight to meet. He assisted us on many occasions and recommended us the best places to visit in Turkey. We hope we get to meet him if we visit Turkey again.

The Hotel was quite well maintained a 5* balance! I think it was nice very clean and friendly overall Hotel was good! Service from all the staff was fantastic.It is definitely worth coming back and the price was fantastic!

Generally, a very positive experience, except for the breakfast. The receptionists welcomed us and the manager was very hospitable. They gave us a room upgrade. The room was very nice and spacious and the window view had a nice scenery. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing and barely included any Turkish cusine options. It didn’t really meet our expectations considering that usually the Turkish breakfast is known to be really delicious, especially that we’ve had better breakfast experience in other hotels in Turkey. The breakfast staff need some training to have a more professional approach (for example to offer tea or coffee, to check if someone needs some help…etc). We asked for a late checkout and they were cooperative. It was an amazing stay, but it would be even better if the breakfast was better than that whether staff or food.

From the moment we arrived at Hilton our experience was nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout features of this hotel was their flexibility with check-in times. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in without any additional cost, which was a huge relief after our long journey.

The staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. Each member of the team was not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. Their attitude made us feel genuinely welcome and added a personal touch to our stay.

Communication with the hotel was seamless. Whether it was a request for extra towels or inquiries about local attractions, the response was always prompt and helpful. This level of attentiveness and ease of communication truly set apart.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, such as the fitness center and the swimming pool, were well-equipped and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The place is fantastic from what I can recall it was beautiful hotel with a nice pool/ spa. Can be difficult to find a taxi at busy times so I suggest planning ahead. Great stay 5/5

My first business trip to Istanbul and this hotel feels like 5 stars. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional. Mr. Soner the manager was one of the most friendliest people you'll ever want to meet. Always smiling and willing to make your stay the best. The food is amazing and I recommend the chicken. Having never been to Istanbul, Mr. Soner was informative about "real Turkish cuisine" ....His staff was enthusiastic and they make you feel right at home. Add the breakfast its more than worth it. The selection is impressive. These people must love what they do...everything is fresh and extremely satisfying to get your day started.

The hotel also boasts a good gym with great machines and a selection of free weights that are heavy enough to get a good workout no matter what your level of fitness. The gym also has substantial cardio equipment A+ there. The hotel spa was absolutely amazing as well. Nice size indoor pool, steam, and sauna.

The rooms are well kept and the bed was super comfortable. The shower in my room was just incredible with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I was staying at a 5 star hotel in town before I came here and it was not nearly as nice as this hotel and best part was the prices were great at the Double Tree.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and everything tasted delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and they made us feel welcome.

The only minor issues we had were that the late checkout we requested was not communicated to the cleaning staff, so they knocked on our door a few times before we left. Also, the air quality in the pool area was very bad, and it smelled very strongly like chlorine. We think the ventilation there should be improved.

Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value and a pleasant experience.

This Hotel is the best one i have stayed in. I like the personal - kind and always with a smile. The rooms are very big(especially the bathroom) and very clean. The thing is that they wouldn't let kids under the age of 18 in the gym.
The Turkish bath , sauna and the Steam room are separate for a male and a female. The pool is clean and with a good water temperature.

Even though the location is a relative thing, it is located in a relatively quite part of town!
There is a big cemetery in front of the hotel, that makes it extra quite and nice! After all, people are dying to come here 😄.

Joke aside; staff is very nice. The hotel is also relatively new and well designed.
