A special shout-out to Zineb from guest services, greeted with a warm smile and made check-in a breeze. Ozen & Melisa from reception was incredibly helpful in arranging local tours and dining recommendations — every suggestion was spot-on!

Also want to thank Ali & Mustafa from ballboy services, whose attentive and proactive care made us feel like VIPs, who was not only efficient but also shared great tips for exploring the area.

This team is truly the heart of the hotel — their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication created a warm and inviting atmosphere we won’t forget. Thank you all for a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Staff very helpful. MR MESUT ready to serve with smile. Blanket need to be placed on bed. Sitting bowl need maintenance as the water non stop flow. Tooth brush was not there.
Food menu for Asia not readily available

The hotel is about 20 minutes away by car from the historical district/old city. I had a rental car, so transportation was not an issue. The front desk was helpful, and housekeeping was efficient and thorough (usually two young men from Indonesia). The gym was large with all the typical equipment with towels, bottled water, and disposable cleaning wipes. I did not eat at the restaurant. The small room (#915) was efficiently organized and with a larger than expected bathroom.

Overall I give it a 3 star.
The rooms were very hot and air con wasn’t working.
There was no hot water in our room I’ve asked them 3 times to fix it

But I like the service, the safety and the guest relations (Zainab) was VERY supportive. As soon as she heard I have a problem she fixed it on the spot.

But overall I would stay here again.

Amazing experience from start to finish. They arranged an early check in for us due to my dad’s disability which meant a lot to us. Breakfast was always kept to a high standard.

Special shoutout to Aziz who was a delight to meet. He assisted us on many occasions and recommended us the best places to visit in Turkey. We hope we get to meet him if we visit Turkey again.

The Hotel was quite well maintained a 5* balance! I think it was nice very clean and friendly overall Hotel was good! Service from all the staff was fantastic.It is definitely worth coming back and the price was fantastic!

Overall it was good, i did not eat there so i wouldn't know about the food, the room was good, the view not so much, location might be good for some people, but it is too far away for most, it was clean and service was quite good, the swimming pool was clean but the there was too much chlorine in it and it was quite irritating, fancy hotel over all, but i doubt i will ever go again because of the location.

Generally, a very positive experience, except for the breakfast. The receptionists welcomed us and the manager was very hospitable. They gave us a room upgrade. The room was very nice and spacious and the window view had a nice scenery. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing and barely included any Turkish cusine options. It didn’t really meet our expectations considering that usually the Turkish breakfast is known to be really delicious, especially that we’ve had better breakfast experience in other hotels in Turkey. The breakfast staff need some training to have a more professional approach (for example to offer tea or coffee, to check if someone needs some help…etc). We asked for a late checkout and they were cooperative. It was an amazing stay, but it would be even better if the breakfast was better than that whether staff or food.
