Absolutely charming hotel with beautiful authentic decor, welcoming staff and great location. I was so happy that my husband chose this place. It is about five minute walk from Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque. Building is in a great shape and stands out among the other structures, place kept very well. Sixth floor restaurant provides spectacular views that should not be missed. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed it every morning of our stay. Every member of the staff is very attentive from the front desk receptionist to the cleaning personnel. No doubt that staying in this particular hotel added an incredible experience to our visit to Istanbul. If we ever return to this fabulous city we will definitely consider this place again. Thank you for making my family feel special!

I was very happy booking this hotel for my family. It is on perfect SPOT for the markets and tram.

we booked hotels months in advance and when we checked into the hotel they gave the worst room as our check in was late at night so even though we have paid thru american express who charges more for the room and get you a better room but the hotel people still gave the room where you were 1st floor and next to elevator where you could the whole night hear people coming in an out of the elevator. the safe was broken and the manager at the hotel was rude. i will never go back to this hotel again for the price they charge and it is non cancellable hotel

Great friendly service but the rooms are seriously dated and worn out / dirty.
We checked in and got a decent sized family room but suffered through the first night with no air conditioning and the power came on and off several times. Very frustrating.
Bathroom was functional but dated and not very clean. Black mould in several areas.
Great location and really great service from the team, but not anywhere near as opulent as the website makes out. Photos were maybe 20 years ago ;)

My family had an amazing experience at Sultanhan Hotel. The staff are welcoming, warm, and helpful. The location is perfect for seeing the sights, the breakfast view is superb. Overall I think it is a great value hotel and we will definitely be back.

Perfect location tram stop up the road, less then a min walk to the main road. Rooms are ok a bit dated but very clean. Prices is good for location and service is absolutely brilliant. Breakfast is very basic.

Booked directly from hotel website. Got a great deal on the family suite with one queen and two full beds- big room and comfortable beds. NO TROUBLE WITH AC here even in June. The entire building and rooms even furniture has classic charm. Breakfast buffet at Rooftop was Excellent, best Turkish breakfast. Hotel location is great. 10 mins walk to H.Sophia and Blue mosque. Not too steep and stroller friendly. Hotel staff was exceptional. Very helpful and all speak English. Lots of currency exchange, Food and Shopping close by. Staff stored extra luggage while we stayed in room for two nights. Book the hotel Shuttle directly with hotel, most convenient way and cheaper too. Will definitely stay here again. Five Stars all the way!!! 👍👍

Stayed at this hotel over a week ago for 4 days. Highly recommend. Great location to see the sights. Hotel staff were welcoming and polite. Egin and staff were helpful, keep up the fantastic job. Breakfast was fantastic and the view from level 6 was gorgeous.

I have a tour company (d-tourstocuba) I have been in tourism for 20 years. It was a great experience. Very well located, gentle walk to the main sites and Grand Bazaar. The breakfast (included) was extremely varied and tasty. The staff at breakfast was friendly as were the ones at reception. The rooms were impeccably clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Would stay here again for the staff alone. The location is central and perfect for the main tourist sites. The rooms could use some upgrades. I definitely recommend this hotel.
