1. Extremely dirty hotel.. on the day of arrival there was Extremely bed smell on the whole floor and we could not even breath. And then hotel changed the floor and room for us.
2. Rooms looks OK but they are Extremely bad, dirty carpet and never been washed..full of germs we got ill there. Toilet Exhaust not working. Tea coffee Kettle broken my fingers got burnt.
3. Extremely uncomfortable pillows, feels like there are some used cloths filled inside..
4. Hotel restaurant has tasteless food and very expensive.
4.a. Manager called Mehmut was extremely unprofessional, rude, forcefully charged us 600 TKL service fee which was not mention on their menu or not explained by their staff at the time of placing order. I mean they can ask you any amount in the name of service charges because its not written anywhere.
4.b. When we have asked then to packed the food As we couldn't eat that tastless food, out of 3 dishes, they have only packed one and stole other 2 which costed us over 4 thousand Tirkish lira. Total bill was 6000 TURKISH LIRA
4.c When we involved Hotel management to assist us with this worst behaviour and fraud done by their restaurant then Hotel manager didn't do anything.
4.d. we denied for service charges ONLY not the bill.. until they send us food we asked to pack, then they start disturbing us, and start knocking and banging the door in every few minuts, and start threatening us. Kids were sleeping at that time. They bring a police man who even couldn't understand us, the police man was only listening to them and not us. My children gotup and got scared because of there threatening behaviour. I don't know if Turkish police normally do that to listen to only one side or only their people and not listening to tourist.
5. They provide the taxis and sim cards at double the price what you can get from other places.
6. While we were using the swimming pool and our kids were playing in the water then one of their staff came in to ask our kids to be quite as they were busy providing massage to someone who was disturbing!! What a joke!!! (They should mentioned kids are not welcome)
We asked to Sterile our baby feeding bottles in microwave they didn't help us in that issue too. Staff was asking me (ok after Sterilisation of bottles where did germs go) making fun of Sterilising baby feeding bottles.
After that someone was taking my pictures and hiding his cell phone.
We travel worldwide but never experienced such type of behaviour or discomfort.
Worse hotel, worse food, worse customer service... Avoid it..

I only chose this hotel because of a specific clinic I needed to visit, but it falls short of a five-star rating, being more compare to a three-star establishment at best. Upon entering my room, I discovered several issues: none of the ceiling lights were functional, making reading impossible; the air conditioning unit failed to work throughout my six-night stay, leaving me sweating profusely; despite the presence of a window, opening it only exposed me to relentless traffic noise from the nearby highway; and to top it off, the toilet's flush button was broken. In essence, this hotel's quality is more reminiscent of a typical American motel.

I and my partner spent here 5 days. Overall the experience was okay, they welcomed us and were picking up the phone when we called and answered almost all the questions we had (except when we asked do we need a swimming cap when entering spa and pool they didn’t say anything and when we went to the spa area they told we needed to use swimming caps, both men and women and that one costs you almost 10€. The room was clean but the curtains didn’t work, the shower was broken and the key to the room stoped working (we were just coming from the Spa so it was humiliating not to the get your hotel room). The worst part was the way they handled the situation when we were about to leave. They asked us to write a review to bookings and we agreed (it’s okay but what happened next isn’t). We couldn’t find where the review part so we asked about it. Then the employee took the phone from our hand and started writing the review by himself and even put our own mobile data on (which costs a lot and the reason why we didn’t have it on). And the ”fun” part is we didn’t know what he was doing on our phone and we asked him, his colleagues what’s going on etc and they didn’t reply. When he was done he gave our phones back but well the review was made by the employee and our mobile data = bill of it was already on it’s way so. And they accused us of eating some chocolate bar from the minibar but we denied it and luckily they believed and didn’t charge for nothing. The last but not least, they took a deposit when we arrived to the hotel and when we left they told us that they sent it back but it will take same time before we can see it in our bank account. Now that time has passed, we can’t still see it, guess it’s not even coming.
