What a lovely trip I had in Istanbul especially at this hotel. The service, rooms and food were amazing. I had such a comfortable stay at this hotel in Istanbul, and I will definitely book at the hotel when I come again. Gonca who was one of the staff at the reception was of great help. She really helped us with anything that we needed and understood English properly which was of great help. She was friendly and assisted us whenever in need. She was as great as the hotel.

If you want a clean and comfortable stay in Istanbul which is close to all the main attractions then this is the hotel I would recommend. The rooms are spacious and toiletries and water provided. The breakfast was also good too!
A special mention to Gonca Karahan and Murat for making us feel so welcome when we first checked in and at breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality and smiles. Also the Rooms Manager Serkan Duygan was fantastic when we needed an extra night stay, he sorted it immediately and was just so helpful! I will definitely be back!

This hotel is excellent and is in a great location! The staffs are all mostly very kind and friendly. A special shout out to Gonca and the breakfast team they were all amazing. I will surely be returning back with my family.

This hotel truly represents what Turkish culture is about, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful in any requests that were made even if it was inconvenient nothing was ever a problem, from the housekeeping team, reception, barber & security staff it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Location is brilliant, all the main attractions within walking distance, tram lines, e scooters etc. Breakfast is one of the best I've had with a perfect mix of foods, best honeycomb I've ever had. Special shout out to Gonca K who would always somehow know what you're after before you ask! She's a star. Also the night supervisor Ugur S is an incredible man, he is an asset to this hotel with his great attitude and willingness to speak with guests and make great suggestions even in the middle of the night! He's an absolute gentleman. Thank you all the staff for making our stay incredible and see you again in the future!!

The hotel staff was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Gonca Karahan with guest relations was especially nice and helpful. They make you feel special and welcomed. The location was great. Easy to walk around and the tram stop was right outside the hotel. We had a corner balcony room. The balcony was big and the view was very nice.

What a great hotel! I travel for a living and I stay at many hotels around the world. This hotel is a true gem. The staff was so accommodation. I must personally thank Gonca the hotel guest relations supervisor. Her kindness and warm personality along with a good morning always made me feel welcome every morning and it was greatly appreciated by me. The rooms and lobby of the hotel are 5+ stars. The entire staff was so attentive. The rooftop restaurant was great. The location is right in the heart of the old town city and this is the place to stay.

I will return to this hotel and I highly recommend you give this hotel a try.

We had a lovely stay here. The service and hospitality by the hotel team (including Gonca) was wonderful and they kept us happy throughout our stay. The breakfast service was delicious and had a wide variety to cater for all tastes. The hotel is very conveniently located near a Metro station and right next to a tram stop, making trips to all the attractions extremely quick and simple. If we were to come back to Istanbul, this is where we would stay.
