I stayed at this hotel for almost 5 nights and it was an amazing choice! I truly enjoyed my stay and found the room to be very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Valeria, who went above and beyond to assist us with our reservation.
The housekeeping was excellent; the room was cleaned daily and all used items were restocked regularly. The hotel also features a very elegant restaurant on the ground floor, which added to the overall experience.
The location is perfect right in the heart of a shopping area and very close to everything, including the metro, restaurants, and more. I can’t wait to come back again!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Valeria at reception, who was incredibly friendly and shared plenty of helpful tips about the surrounding area. The porter was also extremely attentive, and we truly felt well looked after by the whole team throughout our stay.
Our room was fantastic; spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and filled with a lovely fresh scent. The bed was super comfortable, and the attention to detail made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing.
The rooftop terrace restaurant serves great cocktails and offers a stunning view over the Galata area. The hotel itself is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from both the Spice Bazaar and Mahmutpasha Bazaar and around 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back on our next visit!

We had the most amazing experience at Cronton Design Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming - a special thank you to Valeria at reception, the lovely porter who carried our luggage and greeted us every morning, and the wonderful housekeeping team who did an excellent job in cleaning our room.
The hotel smells divine - every time we walked in, we were greeted by the most calming, clean fragrance. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a peaceful little retreat in the heart of the city.
The location is absolutely perfect - it’s super close to all the main attractions and literally a stone’s throw from the Spice Bazaar, which made exploring Istanbul so easy and enjoyable.
The rooftop is an absolute highlight - the views over the Bosphorus are breathtaking and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We had some delicious cocktails while watching the sunset.

To the lovely Valeria and Matt, thank you for your wonderful support and guidance through this holiday. Your passion and dedication to your job made our stay so welcoming and comfortable! Also to Remzi the head waiter at the restaurant, it’s like being home away from home! Such lovely and passionate/professional people we have ever come across! Thank you so much! Also to the hotel cleaning staff! Everything we wanted was accommodated for! The rooms were comfortable and clean. We will recommend this hotel for its location and convenience at the very least! 100% satisfied!

The location of the hotel is very good, and all its attractions are very convenient. There is a tram to the mosque in 5 minutes' walk. You can come back for a lunch break when you are tired😂. Next to the hotel is Spice Street. I didn't expect that the restaurant downstairs is also a popular check-in spot😂.

The hotel is located in the old city, and the transportation is relatively inconvenient. The room was given to the disabled room on the 2nd floor. The space is indeed a little bigger, but the flaw is that after the bathroom door was removed, it was flooded every time after taking a shower... The slippers would get wet once you went in. This room is located at a corner, next to several intersections. You can clearly hear the chats of people downstairs, not to mention the honking of vehicles. The sound insulation is very poor. It is a street corner on a low floor for lightning protection. We checked in at more than 2 a.m. due to extreme weather, and we didn't want to bother. We negotiated with the hotel to change rooms the next day, but were told that there were no rooms to change and we had to wait another day. The front desk was also sarcastic, "If you want a room with a door", we changed rooms on the last night. It was much quieter if we were not at the intersection, although the floor was still not high. The next morning, the bathroom flush and the sink flowed yellow water for a while. I don't know what happened. I was about to check out, but I didn't care anymore. The hotel is a popular restaurant downstairs. Many guests come to check in every day. The environment is good, but those who have high requirements for accommodation conditions need to be cautious in booking. Foreigners will be provided with coffee and tea when checking in at the hotel, and will take the initiative to ask. The Chinese not only can't communicate, but their attitude is also perfunctory

In the first couple of days, I was actually quite happy with the hotel. staff were friendly and the interior design was great. Location was not bad and the shower was great too! However, things go downhill so much after I tried their steam and sauna… firstly, you need to pay extra for using the steam and sauna room, €20 per person…. Then I had a 50 min massage that was €70, which was a giant rip off!!! The masseuse literally just put loads of cream and oil on my body and rub them in… one more thing, when we asked them to help us book a cab to the airport.. they wanted to charge us €75… it was €35 when we got a taxi to the hotel from the airport…
