Really the worst hotel i’ve had to stay in!! my friend and I booked this hotel thinking it would be nice if it’s a bit out of the way from the city and has decent four stars. It looked nothing like the pictures.
Horrible smell throughout the lobby and the rooms
Our rooms mirror was literally broken. The shower did not work fine and we had to shower under the small tap in the shower.
there was no option of housekeeping to clean room every morning as well.
disgusting level of hygiene. The duvet cover was easily coming off and there was only one duvet between two single beds. More over as the duvet cover would come off the duet underneath had terrible brown stains on them.
The location was the worst part we ended up spending hours every day to get into the city using buses. The buses are also very unreliable so they would never come on time or not at all so we spent half our trip waiting at bus stops are looking for directions into the city and back to hotel from city as public transport would shut down early.
The lady at the front desk kept saying the rooms were clean and wouldn’t listen even when another man came down and said that his room was disgusting. Do not stay here unless you wanna contract some sort of disease
Third class staff except only one lady she is polite and the only one who can understand english.
Room is cleaned but room service availble only till 10 o clock later on nothing.
The best thing was my little tea bar, which I enjoyed, it is a couple minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, everything on your door step.
I have stayed in 5 star hotels @ a cost of £80-£200, but unfortunately the noise from closing of doors or noise from the outside is unavoidable so I always carry earplugs which give me a quiet good night of sleep.
I would definitely recommend and stay at again.

. Far from Sultan Ahmed, Hagia Sophia, etc. The best means of transportation are the metrobus and the tram
The room was no better – the lingering cigarette smell made it unbearable. Stains, dust, and an overall unkempt vibe left me feeling disgusted. The price I paid for this experience was a complete waste.
I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. The cigarette smell, lack of cleanliness, and poor value make Royal Inci Hotel a total disappointment. Look elsewhere for a better stay.
