The check in was smooth and staff were awesome. I had two rooms, one had broken weight machine and other had dead batteries. I asked the front desk staff to replace just one of the two or replace the batteries and they refused. They simply said they did not care that objects in the room were broken. The rooms floor were dirty with hair and dust all over from the previous stay. They do provide slippers but still felt unpleasant.

Gorgeous, clean and great location for visiting Bazzaar and sightseeing. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by and complimentary breakfast. The spa was not great jacuzzi very cold and pool even colder in the middle of winter. We asked for the jacuzzi to be hot and was told it would take hours to get the temperature up so we could not unwind and relax after a long day of shopping.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good and the staff are helpful in catering to our enquiries. The location is great, a lot of decent cafes and places to eat just by walking around. It is also nearby a metro station so it is easy to get around. The breakfast had quite a variety of options.
The room condition is clean and comfortable. However just one thing I realised is the housekeeping I think did not vacuum the carpet or the toilet floor properly during our stay. They probably do it only upon our checking out or something.

Cool hotel, good location, excellent amenities and friendly staff, but the breakfast buffet needs improvement and better quality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beautiful entry area with stunning paintings set the tone for our visit. 🖼️ Check-in had minor hiccups, but staff were accommodating when we requested a quiet room.
While our room wasn't completely noise-free, the romantic lighting made up for it. ✨ The corridors were also beautifully lit.
💪 The gym is fantastic and well-equipped, though a small open space for stretching would be welcome. We enjoyed the spacious sauna and well-functioning steam bath. 🧖♀️ The pool is adequate, but swimming caps are required. 🏊♂️

Horrible experience. Racist hotel staff be aware!!
I am Turkish myself and I’m embarrassed for my own people . I came to this hotel with my mother. I live in the united state and my English is fluent. Upon arrival everything went amazing.
Next morning I joined breakfast and was looking around to see what they have . A female chef was present at the time fixing the buffet. I could hear her speak in Turkish saying “ omg what is so difficult to pick don’t you see the food “ she didn’t know I understood what she was saying .
Nobody was in the room just me her and my mother . She thought I was Arabic and Didn’t understands her language . I felt very offended.’
She was very rude . Once I told her that I was Turkish she immediately apologized.
She said she thought I was a dirty Arabic tourist.
O M G. I was very offended because I don’t tolerate that type of treatment for anyone .
Management tried to come to my room to apologize and bring me a cake . She told me that she thought I was Arabic . This shows me that this is a problem with management. I could be white, black, Chinese Arabic, or any nationality this type of treatment is not OK. You should not talk down on anybody doesn’t matter if they speak the language or not it make me feel very unwelcome.
Next day I was sleeping in my room and a random employee entered my room while I was sleeping without knocking on my door .
I felt so violated
I don’t recommend this hotel. All the employees are racist. This is unacceptable. They do not like people of color or people from Saudi Arabia. Manager Felt comfortable enough to tell me this thinking that I will be OK with this treatment.

Terrible hotel, horrible experience.
2 star for room as very basic.
Reception staff unhelpful, unaccomodating, not willing to help. Their sole purpose is to rob you off more money , they charge much more than what's on the website. They wouldn't return our deposit until we found the last room key. We booked 4 nights and 2 rooms foe each night.
It is the worse hotel in Istanbul... road broken, no where to park, all you shoes get muddy before you walk into the hotel.
Rather than accommodating the guests for the inconvenience, the staff at reception are anything but friendly, helpful or willing to facilitate guests.
