Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights after I got scammed in the other hotel.
The staff was super friendly to accomodate me in the last minute and helped me move my luggage from other hotel to this one. Rooms are small but good looking with adequate views from the window.

Honestly the best hotel me and my boyfriend stayed in, all staff are friendly, you get clean sheets and towels everyday, close to all the tourist attractions
Just wanted to say a major major thank you to the night manager of the hotel, boresh (I’ve misspelled your name I’m very sorry, was going to ask you this morning when we left how to write it but you wasn’t there)
He was super friendly when we arrived, told us how we could get around Istanbul and where to start with the attractions, even helped us with booking some tours to different parts of the city, always had the time to have a chat with us on an evening with some tea as well, even gave us little gifts from the hotel as leaving present ☺️ also thank you for the sunflower seeds! We’re still making our way through them 😂 10/10 service, don’t worry will be doing a review on booking.com as well when we get home 😁

Enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Really good breakfast each morning buffet style. Room was good size with hot shower and effective AC. Location was very good close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

I will start with the good stuff - the location of the hotel is perfect, Gülhane tram station is 1 minute away, and the Sirkeci metro station not more than 2 minutes. The hotel has a roof top terrace with a great view, which I really enjoyed. Rooms are clean, the staff is very kind and I liked the breakfast.
However, I did not enjoy the view from our room - we had a view on cemetery.
And finally, the biggest issue we had is the room size and storage. There was 5 of us in the room, which is apparently 35m2, but it seemed a lot smaller than that. We had only one small wardrobe which is barely enough for one person. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases on the floor, and this made it difficult to move around and made a mess in already small room.
However, I did not enjoy the view from our room - we had a view on cemetery.

The best hotel in the area. Kristina at reception is wonderful- she was so helpful, generous, and honest. She made our entire stay very comfortable. The rooms were in good condition. Excellent location as well. If I were to return to Istanbul I would stay here.

The people at the reception are super nice, BUT the rooms are super small, the bathroom is oldish, and expect the worse for the cleaning service. Our room was not cleaned AT ALL, they barely do the bed and change the towels, nothing else. Honestly the floor of the room was disgusting. I do not recommend if you want a clean room when you get back at the end of your day. And the breakfast is not worth it. The only positive thing is the location.

The room was too small, not enough for two people. Moving between the bed and the TV was a challenge! The bathroom wasn't any better in terms of space. The tap water smelled bad, making it impossible to take a shower or brush teeth.
The room wasn’t clean enough and needs repairs. After the daily 'cleaning,' they placed a plastic glass of water and some business cards on my shoes ☹️ They also spilled water on our bags and replaced our towels with dirty ones with brown stains.
In the bathroom, we only had shower gel; there was no shampoo or liquid soap (the soap dispenser was empty).
To be fair, the location and the reception staff were really good! They tried their best to help us.

Excellent location. Right by or very near all the attractions. However difficult for taxis to find and travel to but right by the tram line and metro station. We walked almost everywhere.
Breakfast was mainly Turkish which was good to try the local dishes but plenty of general breakfast items e.g. bread and boiled eggs.
Room was nice but dated and far too small for 2 people for 4 nights hence the 3 stars.

Nice clean hotel with not so big rooms, but very confortable.
Very hot water in the shower.👍

Rooms are okay but quite small hence I gave it 4 star. Location is perfect, very close to most of the tourist attractions and public transportation so expect it will be noisy until midnight. But not that noisy that you won’t be able to sleep, well as for me. Staff are all nice plus we will be greeted every morning by your breakfast buddy 😊
