Antusa Design Hotel & Spa

One of the reasons I am giving this hotel a 5 stars is because of the great service it has. It was one of the best hotel services I have encountered in a while. The A/C in our room was not the best but somehow the great service that Ali offered compensated for it. He immediately offered us to change our room and make our stay a lot better. I even asked for a celebratory cake with a short notice and Ali as well as Younes were really helpful and met the expectations right away. Recommended!

The best staff ever! I am not exaggerating, the individuals who make up the staff here made our stay very nice and they all were very thoughtful and helpful every day. They learned what we liked and had things ready for us in advance every time.

The hotel is in a great location with a good restaurant right downstairs. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The breakfast could be better, but overall, everything was fine.

Beautiful, nice, and clean cosy hotel.
Excellent service, really polite and friendly team of staff to help the guests, we visited in the month of Aug in high heat temperature and used to ask water bottles day and night, they provided without any questions.
The room used to clean every day without reminding, and bathroom toiletries were filled.

Location is ideal, all the main attractions of Istanbul are on walking distance, the hotel staff guides and provides map as well. They can also arrange Bosphorus cruise tours if requested.

It also has a spa and hamaam if one is interested and an amazing restaurant.

Highly recommend.

We stayed in the family connecting room, while the rooms were small (normal for Istanbul) they were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a view, but that didn't bother us as we were always out.

The front desk staff were all professional and friendly, especially Eren and Gokhan, who were happy to assist us with everything. The cleaning lady was friendly and asked to clean our rooms daily and provided bottled water.

Breakfast was great. They supplied coffee, tea, cereal, butter, jams, cheese and cold meats, eggs, omelets, sweets, etc.

TDLR; Stayed for a week and a half here. Breakfasts are savoury as most complimentary breakfasts are throughout Türkiye. Rooms are a little bit small but still quite nice. The location is perfect and the staff are absolutely exceptional.

Long Review:

1. My family and I stayed at Antusa Palace from 25/06/24 to 4/07/2024. The rooms are tidy with large beds, working air-conditioning, additional storage with a small bathroom. If you are the only one staying in the room, it is great but some couples may struggle to make the space work. The rooms however are quaint and have comfortable beds which were enough for me.

2. The location is PERFECT and is within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, Topkapı Palace, Aya Sofya, Sultan Ahmet Mosque AND the tram line (and beautiful views from the rooms). It is also surrounded by restaurants (primarily Turkish) that are definitely on the pricier side but of nice quality. The hotel even has the “Lekker Cafe and Restaurant” as part of their hotel where the food is delicious (shout out to the servers Necat and Umut — they are very kind).

3. The staff are on another level. Of the hotel itself, Eren, Emin, Ali, and Gökan have constantly gone above and beyond for myself and my family. Emin and Ali speak multiple languages, while Eren and Gökan are continuing to grasp english very well.

They continue to be so welcoming and continue to remind you to treat the hotel as your own home. They are very very friendly and so willing to accomodate for any needs, wants, or questions with professionalism. Massive kudos to the owner for choosing such lovely people to help run the establishment (the cleaner is so lovely as well).

The hotel provided excellent accommodations and services for myself and my family. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness in the dining, room service, and city tour planning. In particular, Ally at the reception desk was instrumental in arranging airport transfers, and we greatly appreciate his efforts in securing a fixed price for taxi services. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience and would gladly book again in the future.

Since i checked in this hotel i was welcomed greatly by hotel staff. During my stay i really felt like my home. Thanks everyone to make my stay perfect. All facilities are so nice spa , rooms and location. Everything was superb. Highly recomended. Especially Utkan and Emin they are so kind towards the guests as far as i observed.
