Being Indian, food quality matters a lot — and here the Indian cuisine was outstanding. The flavours were authentic, the dishes were fresh, and the variety was perfect. We genuinely felt like we were eating high-quality food made with care.
The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully maintained with all luxury comforts. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, taste and hospitality. Truly a 5-star experience that made our Dubai trip memorable

It was really loud at night because there is a lounge downstairs, and the music was quite disturbing. Also, the room we got had some issues — for example, the pillow had hair oil stains on it.
However, I want to highlight something positive as well. They have a very professional and friendly tourist team. Their driver was respectful and humble, and the company (Mayra Tours) did a great job. I especially want to mention Ryan Hashmi — I’m not sure what his exact position is, but he was extremely helpful and a true gentleman.

Mr Aromal and Basil are very accomodating upon my arrival. The room is cozy, clean and very comfortable. I just tried to check in here for the first time since I got their price a great value and very afforadble. The price is really a great deal for the room I got.

I stayed at Jacobs Garden Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quite lively with lots of pubs and dance bars nearby, making it a good place for those who enjoy nightlife. Overall, a good hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Situates in the bur Dubai area, near to aster, rooms are neat and clean. Pleasant staying experience. Restaurant staffs(Jitto, christie , Akhil and others) are very nice and helpful, decent buffet breakfast served everyday. There is a, watch store, small snack, juice and tea stall on the ground floor.Most of the tourist attractions are reachable in 15-30 minutes from this hotel. There are eateries, pharmacy, mosque, computer electronics stores and super markets nearby. A Memorable stay altogether

I think it is one of the best hotels in Dubai... Wifi, gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurant I think indian style... staff is very helpful and nice behavior. Overall the hotel is also located almost in a good shopping area.. However I enjoyed my stay there.

Was asked to check out early despite a 1400 chk time , also daily toiletries were not provided, and had to ask for fresh water ...would.not recommend unless in extreme cases.... Avoid

We got the best experience and hospitality at the hotel. The rooms were tidy and the staff regularly cleaned the rooms to ensure cleanliness all the time. The food provided at the restaurant - was as good as the food provided at our homes - and more than that we were impressed by the hospitality of the staff - where they provided us food even at late night - which made us feel home abroad and we again look forward to visiting Jacob's Garden Hotel - when we visit Dubai next time.
