I think it is one of the best hotels in Dubai... Wifi, gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurant I think indian style... staff is very helpful and nice behavior. Overall the hotel is also located almost in a good shopping area.. However I enjoyed my stay there.

The stay at Jacob’s Garden Hotel was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is situated closer to most of the attractions that tourists love to visit. Staff was engaging and the travel consultant Ayub Shaikh was very helpful and imparted his professional advice keenly to us. All the best!

Was asked to check out early despite a 1400 chk time , also daily toiletries were not provided, and had to ask for fresh water ...would.not recommend unless in extreme cases.... Avoid

We got the best experience and hospitality at the hotel. The rooms were tidy and the staff regularly cleaned the rooms to ensure cleanliness all the time. The food provided at the restaurant - was as good as the food provided at our homes - and more than that we were impressed by the hospitality of the staff - where they provided us food even at late night - which made us feel home abroad and we again look forward to visiting Jacob's Garden Hotel - when we visit Dubai next time.

I stayed at Hotel jacob garden for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city where everything is within walking distance. I stayed in this hotel for 1 day and it was the worst experience ever, the staff here were really mean and disrespectful, the pool was really dirty and the buffet was limited. Always loud noises at night you cant even rest. And i got charged extra at the counter after already paying when i booked online and i couldn’t cancel as there were no refunds beforehand so you are forced to just pay the extra fees.

Hotel is dirty. Staff are not coopartive . It was really difficult to sleep at night due to the crowded and noisy road as well as the music from the hotel . My son went to the pool and it was really dirty. And watch out when booking as there could be some hidden fees when coming to check in at the hotel, worst experience of my life.

Yes it was particular mistake by my tour manager but receptionist didn’t give me honest answers about why I was not given extra bed. They should have told me straight answer instead of telling me illogical excuses like sir we have separate rooms for extra bed service.. specially when your guest is sleeping on the floor, not asking illogical requirements.
Getting elevator was night mare, too small capacity compare to occupancy rate.. every time over crowded and wait for long time ..
Swimming pool was for maintenance whenever we asked ..
