During my recent stay at Majestic City Retreat, I was very skeptical given my first trip in the country and booking through third part application. To my surprise and comfort, my stay was very pleasant. Everything was better than expected, starting from check in to check out. Hotel staff took care of everything and was very calm, polite and friendly.
Specifically. Mr. Alex; he personally assured that all things were as per my specifications and requests. His commitment to client satisfaction is impeccable. He made me feel like home and ensured a permanent customer for all my future trips. I will soon be revisiting and will book the same place for sure.

Not a family friendly hotel!!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that it did not meet the family-friendly expectations I had based on the listing.
The environment and facilities were not suitable for families with children, which made our stay uncomfortable.
During my stay, the major issues was the excessive noise from the bars located at multiple floors within the hotel. Despite being on a different floor ( 10th & 23rd ), the sound was so loud that it made it extremely difficult to sleep, significantly impacting the comfort of my stay.
Also, lift is another challenge as there are 24 floors and only 2 lifts are there. You need to wait for 10-15min to get into the lift which will be filled by the guys going to Bar making unsafe for women.

My most memorable time was spent in this hotel. Loved everything about it. Enjoyed having a glass of wine at the Sundowners. The staff there are an absolute delight to be around. Great service, good food and good location💕 Thank you for such an amazing service. Will definitely come back here very soon.

This hotel used to be very nice. I feel a dramatic decline on quality of things at the hotel, food, and service. Even the items that in the rooms are of a much lower quality. I am not sure if the hotel has changed management or ownership, but it is not the same.

A nice 4 stars hotel with a great location. . Beautiful dubai city day and night view from top floor rooms. The room was clean and wonderful customer service. Metro station is 5 minutes walk from hotel. I can not wait to stay in the majestic city retreat hotel again. Thank you

It was an unpleasant experience here at the time of check in and check out. We booked the hotel 2 weeks ago and still we had to wait for an hour during check in as the system did not reflect our booking. We stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days and requested for late check out as our flight got rescheduled for the same day but late night. There was no place for us to stay with all the luggage after checking out. To which, the staff asked to pay extra to stay till 6pm. This is still understandable. We waited in the lobby for 3-4 hours and were hungry since morning as we didn’t get time to eat after breakfast because of this chaos. We ordered food from a local restaurant and were asked to eat in the security area as it wasn’t allowed in the lobby. This is so inhumane. You don’t even allow someone to eat who is hungry because of your rules and regulations. There is lack of human touch in the staff. This is not at all customer centric. I’m amazed to see the attitude of the staff, it was so casual and ignorant towards our basic request. We have no complaint against house keeping staff, they were polite and well behaved.
Hotel highly not recommended to anyone, because there is no point in providing such luxury facilities when they lack basic humanity.

Stayed here for a week and didn't really have any complaints. Service was good. Breakfast every morning was pretty much the same but more Indian dishes. There's room for improvement. They should consider arranging another elevator because 2 elevators for such a huge hotel is not very convenient. Especially when you come late after a long day of touring.

It was a wonderful experience in the hotel stay as location was too good to see the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame from the room itself.
Few things which I observed that needs to be improved.
1. I reached hotel bit early of the check in time so I was waiting for the check in time but staff offer me to give room early based on one condition to give good feedback about us and we will provide the room early on free of cost basis. I gave the good feedback and they provided me the room before my check in time. But I would suggest if your service is really good then don't force any one to provide good feedback about the service.
2. When I asked to house keeping staff to provide plates, bowl and spoon then these people asked me to pay extra 15 AED apart from the room charges which I found which is really not justice to my payment service. It should be within the service itself.
These are the above points which I felt hotel service needs to be look out. Otherwise rest of my experience was good and I enjoyed my stay with breakfast. Thank you!

The stay was comfortable. Neat and clean rooms. Nice surrounding very close to ketro station. The staff was very helpful Especially Mr.Ashiq who helped me in extending my stay. I would highly recommend the hotel if you are travelling with family or friends.
