I recently stayed at Sea View Hotel for two days, and my experience was average. While some aspects were acceptable, others were quite disappointing.
Rooms & Comfort:
The room quality was okay—clean and well-maintained with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. However, there was nothing special about the room, and it felt quite standard. It’s suitable for a short stay but lacks any standout features.
Food & Dining:
The food was a major letdown. The taste felt artificial, and there was no variety in the menu. I stayed for two days, and the menu remained the same for every meal, including desserts. This made the dining experience repetitive and unexciting.
For breakfast, I was offered pineapple and watermelon juice. I chose watermelon juice, but it tasted like plain water with no real flavor. This was quite disappointing, and I wasn’t confident enough to try the pineapple juice afterward.
Location & View:
One of the biggest disappointments was the location. Despite the name “Sea View Hotel,” there was no actual sea view, which felt misleading. If you’re expecting a scenic oceanfront stay, this is not the place for you. The surroundings were also quite dull, making the location feel isolated and uninspiring.

The staff were polite and helpful, and housekeeping was fine. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I didn’t face any service-related issues. However, the overall experience lacked anything memorable.

I would say that the place is not bad for an affordable stay in a remote location as it is close to Dubai attractions. Breakfast was only Indian options and very limited, however, staff are amazing. Currently there is some renovation in front of the hotel which makes it challenging to park and move around.

My stay at the hotel was for 5 days with my family (2 Rooms).
It was really nice experience.
The staff are polite and helpful.
They are kind of strict with the check in timings as it is 2 pm and we had reached the hotel around 11:30am so we had to wait for them to at least give us one room though they were trying to get us the rooms as soon as possible but that couldn't happen and we got our both room by 2pm.

The hotel has a good location, making it easy to access public transport and nearby attractions. The staff was polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated. The breakfast selection was decent but could use more variety. the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, which was frustrating.
Overall, it’s an okay place to stay for a short trip, but there are probably better options in the same price range.

Large, clean room, friendly staff, everything is wonderful! The price is pleasant, the service is excellent. The room has everything you need. There is a swimming pool. Thank you!

The hotel is nice, the room is clean and all appliances are working, they have a bar at the roof top with a swimming pool. The food is normal,nothing special. The location is near downtown so you buy something in stores or shops.

Hotel in the city...excellent. Services good, especially Breakfast was the pick of our 4 day stay.

We booked our Dubai tour through Akira tours and they gave us this hotel to stay marketing it as a 4 star hotel. To be honest this is no way a 4 star compared to the current standards. The breakfast buffet spread was so disappointing especially if you are a vegetarian, that we ended up eating food at a near by restaurant called Venus who serve good vegetarian breakfast lunch and dinner.
The Vada was hard and the paratas were super dry. I ended up eating only poha or Upma and had to depend on the muffins. Only two veg options in the breakfast buffet.
The rooms are really compact with not enough space to walk and I did bump my leg to the furniture. Switch boards are all hidden behind heavy furniture and it was a task for me to charge my phone or use the iron box figuring out where is the switch.
Considering there are a lot of modern good hotels , you may opt for this only if ur conscious about price and if u get a steal deal.
