His dedication and friendly attitude truly made my stay more pleasant and comfortable. I am very thankful for his hard work and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent housekeeping service.
We had a fantastic 5-day stay at Raviz Hotel. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Dubai with both the Red and Green Metro interchange stations just a few steps away. Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes on every corner.
The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable. One of the standout features was the breakfast and dinner offered at just AED 25 – delicious and great value for money!
Overall, Raviz Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be choosing this property again on our next trip to Dubai.
However, I did have a less positive experience with the reception night staff (female staff), who seemed less welcoming and not as helpful. I hope the management looks into improving this aspect.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and look forward to better service from all departments next time.

The house keeping services were super awesome specially Praveen Singh who has been making sure for the hygiene and cleanness all around in our room. He made sure to ask us if anything required and it was so on time service, his hard work is proven to grown beyond. As we exit I would recommend the stay for easy accessibility to all places nearby eatables and shopping. Thanks to each n everyone in the hotel for their hospitality. 5 stars to these guys!
