Reviews
*Check-in/Check-out:*
- The reception staff did not come across as friendly or welcoming.
- They failed to brief me on the hotel's facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym timings.
- A simple smile and a warm greeting would have gone a long way in making me feel more comfortable.
*Room:*
- The room appeared to be well-maintained and comfortable.
- However, the cleanliness was not up to par - I found stains on the linen and coffee table that could have been easily removed with a simple wipe.
*Maintenance:*
- During my stay, someone entered my room to check if the intercom was working, which should have been done before check-in.
- The washroom door got stuck, and I was locked inside. The maintenance team had to come and open it for me, advising me to push hard to open it if it happened again.
*Overall Experience:*
- As a hotelier myself, I expect a certain level of service, especially when paying a significant amount of money.
- While the hotel has potential, there is room for improvement in terms of service.
- I believe that with a few tweaks, Raviz Center Point Hotel can provide a truly star-worthy experience for its guests.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it helps the hotel to improve and provide better experiences for future guests.
I also enjoyed breakfast and lunch offered.
This is the place to stay if you want to feel the warmth & charm of Dubai. I would choose this hotel without hesitation.
Keep it up.
Best Regards,
Our recent visit to Ravi's Restaurant at Burjman was far from satisfactory. Despite opting for the unlimited buffet and paying per person, our dining experience fell short of expectations.
Within just 20 minutes of starting our meal, a waiter unexpectedly presented us with the bill, assuming we were finished. This premature action was both unwelcome and inappropriate, disrupting the flow of our dining experience and leaving us feeling rushed.
Adding to our disappointment was the constant surveillance by multiple waiters, who closely monitored our every move what quantity we taken from trays. how often we take dishes. This lack of privacy made for an uncomfortable dining atmosphere, as we felt unable to relax and enjoy our meal without feeling scrutinized especially you go with your family.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff marred our experience. The intrusive surveillance and premature billing overshadowed any positives of the meal, leaving us dissatisfied. I cannot recommend dining at Ravi's, particularly if you value privacy and expect good service.
Upon booking and reconfirming a twin bed room for my stay with my mother, I was extremely disappointed to find that the room provided was a king bed room (6016) with a non-functioning calling bell. This inconvenience not only caused embarrassment but also posed a security risk, as I had to knock on the door to gain entry.
After bringing this issue to the hotel's attention, the initial response provided was that all rooms were occupied, leaving me no choice but to accept the unsuitable room. It took an additional hour of my time and effort to finally be allocated a twin bed room (6012) which presented even more challenges. The absence of a lock handle on the door made accessing the room difficult, and the outdated method of using a manual key added further inconvenience. Moreover, the makeshift arrangement of folding paper in the key card holder to operate the room lights showcased a lack of attention to detail and professionalism expected from a 4-star property.
The series of inconveniences and the subsequent delay in resolving the room assignment concerns not only marred my stay but also reflected poorly on the service standards of the hotel. As a prepaid guest, I expected a seamless and comfortable experience, which unfortunately was not met during my visit.
I appreciate the eventual room change (5003) provided later in the day, but the initial experience has left a lasting negative impression that must be acknowledged and rectified to uphold the reputation and standards expected of a 4-star hotel.
Note: don't trust by their photos including swimming pool. It's small in real and better to do a physical verification before you make the payments.
I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously by the management of Raviz Center Point Hotel to prevent such incidents from recurring and to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.
- The windows do not open, even for ventilation. The room is stuffy.
