It’s is pleasure to have nice breakfast and good room service staff in the hotel
Location is easy and had minimal disturbance!
My self and my wife paid for Deluxe double room for 3 days and pictures of the room sent prior to payment
However, very sadly we were offered a small room with no facilities at all with old tables, small bed and telephone with no connection and poor toilet facilities
Our flying hours was more than 10h and we were so fed up when reached to the hotel! Despite explaining our concerns,the unfriendly front staff didn’t offer another room at that time and postponed to next day! So we had sleepless night at 1st day
Luckily we got the deluxe double room on next day which has advertised prior payments and we were comfortable with the new room and happy with next two days
One unique feature is the staff who done the job as room services must be admired .
Hotel has very elegant majestic look and very clean rooms
I still recommend this hotel for family but get extra cautious when booking to get what you have already booked and paid .
This comment is just to improve the care of quilts and not to get same bad experience for the other travellers

Poor bathroom hygiene. Had to change room due to poor air-conditioning & power plugs for ironing not working. Otherwise great location, very good food both at breakfast & at 5 restaurants at site.

The hotel is old, but they charge you premium. It was one of the worst services i have ever received, with staff being very rude and loud noises after 10 pm, so it's not possible to sleep.
The rooms are moderate size but with old carpets and insects, including cockroaches.
They sauna and steam never worked in all my 8 days of stay. The gym is outdated with only 2 treadmill inwhich one of them is out of service.
Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

The hotel is out-dated !
Fee examples: carpet in the rooms, the quality of the furniture, and the half-broken toilet / shower.
Also the gym needs an update, and sole attention.
The location is not ideal, and if public transportation is needed (Metro) a walk of 1.6km needs to be taken into consideration.
On the other hand, they do have a lovely service, they try to help , assist, and to male one's stay to be as convenient as possible.
The breakfast is very diverse, also an option for dinner (buffet style)
I habe not taken photos this time - apologies.

Very nice and helpful people, but the hotel going down quickly, with holes in the walls, weird smells (insecticide?), shabby bathroom repairs. A truly disgusting detail: they give you a towel at the pool but when you look closely, you realize that they just dry it in the sun between users, without washing so you can get skin diseases from all over the world!

My recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service provided by the night shift staff, including the shift manager, was unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism and attentiveness made the entire stay unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel.
The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and I will certainly not be returning. For anyone seeking a comfortable and positive hotel experience, I would advise considering other options.

Hotel staff service and attitude is bad air conditioning not working. If call to attend this no one came to see it till 40 minutes. If personal go to reception no one will . Old towel. No room sleepers.

Poor staff at the reception. Absolutely rude and egoistic. I had a booking for 2 people but i told them its just me who will stay the night but i have 3 visitors coming over to cut my friends birthday cake. It was my friends birthday who i booked the room for as a surprise but this hotel has rules of no visitors allowed. I checked out early!!! I was forced to write a friends name or they said they will charge if anyone comes up. Even though i told them the room is for me only i will stay the night. This was the first time i experienced such rules. I would never stay here personally. The lady at the reception was rude since the start even before i mentioned i have visitors. This room was just to cut the cake and spend some time with friends, not to party. I wasted my money here.

The rooms are big, very clean and quiet. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, they even gave a discount for breakfast and early check in. Overall very satisfied.
I read the other reviews and i didn’t find any of the reported complaints to be true. Of course there are other more luxuries, newer hotels with perfect 100 inch TVs, but you have to be ready to pay for it. So, for the money we spent this is great value.
