He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and his warm, attentive service significantly enhanced my overall experience.

The restaurants are little expensive,but taste wise good. The front staff especially Mr. Philips (night shift) is very supportive and reasonable for any guest request as I have experienced.
Location is easy and had minimal disturbance!
My self and my wife paid for Deluxe double room for 3 days and pictures of the room sent prior to payment
However, very sadly we were offered a small room with no facilities at all with old tables, small bed and telephone with no connection and poor toilet facilities
Our flying hours was more than 10h and we were so fed up when reached to the hotel! Despite explaining our concerns,the unfriendly front staff didn’t offer another room at that time and postponed to next day! So we had sleepless night at 1st day
Luckily we got the deluxe double room on next day which has advertised prior payments and we were comfortable with the new room and happy with next two days
One unique feature is the staff who done the job as room services must be admired .
Hotel has very elegant majestic look and very clean rooms
I still recommend this hotel for family but get extra cautious when booking to get what you have already booked and paid .
This comment is just to improve the care of quilts and not to get same bad experience for the other travellers

The rooms are moderate size but with old carpets and insects, including cockroaches.
They sauna and steam never worked in all my 8 days of stay. The gym is outdated with only 2 treadmill inwhich one of them is out of service.
Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
Fee examples: carpet in the rooms, the quality of the furniture, and the half-broken toilet / shower.
Also the gym needs an update, and sole attention.
The location is not ideal, and if public transportation is needed (Metro) a walk of 1.6km needs to be taken into consideration.
On the other hand, they do have a lovely service, they try to help , assist, and to male one's stay to be as convenient as possible.
The breakfast is very diverse, also an option for dinner (buffet style)
