The hotel rooms are spacious and maintained nicely. The furniture is also very nice and in good shape.
the staff is not very gracious and do not care for visitors/Guests. who are staying in hotel.
They took security deposit from me, though advance payment for 5 days stay was made and now they are not yet paid back to me.
Its one month past till date.
I recommend that you can stay in the hotel , but be careful if they are going take security deposit.

One of the worst housekeeping services ever seen in UAE hotels. They have also put false allegations on us regards to smoking in room as one of their housekeeping staff has seen us but later on after argument they denied that it was other room number. GM was also not keen to solve the issue. Counter staff was arrogant and Manager informed us that he is new so no idea. They have also informed on the day of check out they will not give water bottle and this is really ridiculous. Don’t prefer this hotel if the price is low also.

This hotel is so good, it is at heart ❤️ of city very convenient for tourists they can buy and frik out from nearby City area, from of historical Dubai museum

I stayed Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa on my way to the Central Asia and on my bay back to Australia.
This hotel was located for my convenience. It was close to the canal, Mosques, bazaar, Historic Museum and so on.
Usman was very efficient. He remembered me on my second stay. He gave me efficient, helpful, and attentive customer service.
Each time he kindly invited me to a spacious suit room which delighted me a lot. My room was very clean and neat each time - very comfortable.
I recommend this hotel for your short stay or long stay in Dubai.
Wishing and hoping that your guests will enjoy their stay fullest.

„4-Stars Hotel“ they really shouldn’t even put 1 star in their title.
We had to stay for 2 nights in this hotel because our flight was delayed and emirates got us there.
As we arrived there they told us we can have lunch in the restaurant and it is included.
Alright we did that.
I had fish and chips with some sort of pea mush, it was not even warm and the taste was just not good. My girlfriend had what they call pasta and didn’t like it either.
As we finished food they really charged us around 100 AED. ( misinformation, alright )
After that we got to our suite. ( it was a smoking room)
It smelled really bad in there and as we asked for a change they sent a guy with some sort of airfreshening spray which led us to headaches ! You can’t even open up a window in that Hotel.
Rooms weren’t clean at all and everything has seen better days. We tried to take a bath, shortly after we started filling up the tub a bunch of hairs and dirt from former guests came up. We just showered then.
The whole hotel was old and shaggy, the smell everywhere was just bad. Lifts didn’t work etc.
After all we didn’t really feel welcomed.
Especially my girlfriend didn’t feel safe.
Breakfast 2/10
Lunch 0/10
Dinner 1/10
The food they offered was just cold and absolutely not tasty at all.
In our last night we were already asleep when we got a call on our room phone at 23:00.
There was a guy on the line asking us when we had to leave to the airport.
He was just unfriendly and we already told them 5 times.
After all I would not recommend booking this hotel. Just not what to expect in Dubai.

We check out yesterday and we were great experience here.. All the things are great and fantastic 😍 seriously.. mostly thanks to Bilal and urooj they give us great care for the whole stay in hotel.. she is very caring about the complains... In the breakfast we enjoyed also the buffet system. . M and my friends enjoyed a lot inshallah we will come back . . .

Extremely bad experience I ever had. They keep u waiting for too long. They do not even emphasise small kids. The staff is not understanding at all. I strongly suggest do not go for it. 4 star is only for name sake. If it was in my hand I would not even give one star.

It was really nice in the mid of April 2024, I must suggest my friends to stay here.. I booked it to see after the reviews from Google also.. all the staff is professional one of my favorite person Ms urooj was really appreciated for her work she doing all the complains handling on time very efficient and perfect.. best of luck dear for your success..

Great hospitality and wonderful ambience. We hosted a small family event which turned out to be fantastic. The staff was polite and well trained . They made sure to make us comfortable in every way possible. Mr Nisar and Christine were very professional , hats off to them for their hospitality.
