Hotel I very good and familiar we like it

had a wonderful stay at the Royal Ascot Hotel. Special thanks to Saima and Mohit at the reception for their warm hospitality and outstanding support. They made the check-in smooth and made sure all my needs were taken care of with a smile.

My room (532) was comfortable, clean, and perfectly maintained, adding to a great overall experience.

Highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again!

I had one of the best hotel experiences ever! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The environment of the hotel is truly outstanding — clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained.

The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and served with great attention to detail. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently top-class.

The entire atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel comfortable and at home. The hospitality, service, and overall vibes are simply unmatched. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great food, a perfect environment, and genuinely friendly people. Will definitely come back again!

He handled our check-in smoothly and made sure everything was comfortable for us right from the first moment.What we appreciated the most was his consistent follow-up — he checked on us from time to time to ensure that our stay was going well and that we had everything we needed. He communicated politely and handled every request responsibly. Truly, he was the best! His efforts genuinely elevated our overall experience, and we deeply appreciate him. We are grateful for his exceptional service.

We also want to appreciate the staff member who cleaned our room — he was humble, kind, and very dedicated to his work. The room was always spotless and well taken care of.

I would must say all the staffs are Good hearted, helping nature, really grt person always ready to assist guest with genuinely. Hotel needs maintenance a but those things can be ignored because of the hospitality provided by the staffs. Sunanda was very helpful during the entire stay. Must appreciate Housekeeping staff for the service.

Stay at royal ascot was great as stay try their best to give you service especially I liked the food taste and must appreciate the effort of Chef Iqbal to take care of our taste. Even front desk team is great Sunanda always available to assist during the stay. Housekeeping guy is very great I didn’t remember the name but ICleanliness is also top-notch in the property . As well as i noticed team has a great coordination. Mr room Number was 249

I liked everything very much

I stayed at the hotel for one day and found the location perfectly suited to me.all amenities easily accessible. The front desk staff, especially Ahsan, were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and kind. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, and my room was both clean and comfortable—making for a truly pleasant stay!

Cozy rooms, cleaning comes everyday. Filling breakfast and different variety of Indian food everyday. Helpful and friendly staff especially Kredesh. Overall good stay, totally recommend.
