I would like to express my satisfaction following my stay at the Towers Rotana Hotel. This establishment exceeded all my expectations, offering a comfortable and refined setting with impeccable service.

I would like to particularly highlight the exceptional work of Khalil from the Housekeeping team. His service was nothing short of outstanding. Every day, my room was spotless, with meticulous attention to detail that reflected true professionalism and passion for his work. Khalil's kindness, warm smile, and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable.

Very comfortable stay
Went for our online business meet up held on 21 December 2024 and stayed 3 nights at Towers Rotana where I felt really home.
Special Thanks to Robellin the room Service lady who was so kind and helpful
And Prasad from housekeeping department who was so professional and caring along with all staff from reception to bell boys... Very good hospitality provided.
I also enjoyed complementary Spa services at their opposite building as part of my stay package (not requested = offered by the hotel)

Mr. Lugman is doing a amazing Job in the Lobby and helped us a lot. The stuff are really helpful, very polite and good Service. Room Keeper are awesome and i really Like the Food with all inclusive. Maybe a free Cocktail a day at the Pool would be nice with all inclusive but overall we really like the Hotel. Coming Back again and thanks for all. :)

Great location, spotless cleanliness and amazing staff. Our suite was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, while the breakfast was varied and tasty. I would have loved a small balcony/terrace, but it wasn't a big deal in the end. I definitely recommend it!

The best hotel!! Very friendly staff. A good variety of food, and everything is very tasty!!! Excellent location, close to shopping centers, especially Dubai mall, 6 minutes away, as well as within walking distance of the Museum of the Future. Very convenient. The rooms are clean; cozy, with all the accessories. We took a family room, we are very satisfied. Special thanks for the area by the window where you can lie to see the view. The view here, by the way, is very beautiful. You can watch the main road and skyscrapers. It's especially beautiful at night!! Thank you!! Special thanks to the guy from the reception - Muhammad , he helped a lot with everything. We'll come back again!

location is fantastic. the rooms are very clean. service of hotel is very very good. staff are very polite and friendly. totally this hotel can be your first choice for accommodation in Dubai

Towers Rotana is located in the Financial Centre of Dubai along the main transportation artery of the city!!! Like the Red Metro line, bus stops and taxi stands. It is surrounded by malls and many food outlets and cafeteria. It also has a gym and swimming pool on the adjacent to the parking tower. The room where I was accommodated is generously spacious except for the bathroom, which is a bit compacted and has a high wall bathtub, which is a challenge to get in for showers. I suppose this ain't friendly for people with physical impairment. I suggest that they replace the bathtub with a shower instead in the near renovation as improvements to the bathroom.

Breakfast is amazing as it is in the form of a buffet with diverse stations.

We also tasted the sushi 🍣 twice during our stay. They were very tasty and freshly prepared by the chef who avoided any crossed contamination with seafood as we are allergic to shellfish and crustaceans. The waitresses are very friendly and caring .

The Jewel of Towers Rotana is in its basement!!! There is a very long bar. It can serve 360°. The counter is equipped with various fountains station of a large spectrum of beers. The deco is victorian, and there is a pool table and many wall mounted screens ideal for watching games and entertainment. And they serve a nice diverse dishes on menu. They have a happy hour promo in the late afternoon.

We definitely will be going back to Towers Rotana as we have reservations to stay there at this end of year festival.

The staff is very helpful and kind! They are always ready to assist you with whatever it is you need help with whether it is your luggage, the room, housekeeping etc. Luqman also helped us with our luggage on the last day! Very nice and talkative gentleman 👏🏽

The swimming pool is also very clean and the staff always helped us with finding sunbeds!

We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so it creates an atmosphere of good rest and a great mood! I would especially like to mention the staff members Rubie and Ibrahim who treat people with great kindness and respect.
