Towers Rotana - Dubai

The best hotel!! Very friendly staff. A good variety of food, and everything is very tasty!!! Excellent location, close to shopping centers, especially Dubai mall, 6 minutes away, as well as within walking distance of the Museum of the Future. Very convenient. The rooms are clean; cozy, with all the accessories. We took a family room, we are very satisfied. Special thanks for the area by the window where you can lie to see the view. The view here, by the way, is very beautiful. You can watch the main road and skyscrapers. It's especially beautiful at night!! Thank you!! Special thanks to the guy from the reception - Muhammad , he helped a lot with everything. We'll come back again!

Towers Rotana is located in the Financial Centre of Dubai along the main transportation artery of the city!!! Like the Red Metro line, bus stops and taxi stands. It is surrounded by malls and many food outlets and cafeteria. It also has a gym and swimming pool on the adjacent to the parking tower. The room where I was accommodated is generously spacious except for the bathroom, which is a bit compacted and has a high wall bathtub, which is a challenge to get in for showers. I suppose this ain't friendly for people with physical impairment. I suggest that they replace the bathtub with a shower instead in the near renovation as improvements to the bathroom.

Breakfast is amazing as it is in the form of a buffet with diverse stations.

We also tasted the sushi 🍣 twice during our stay. They were very tasty and freshly prepared by the chef who avoided any crossed contamination with seafood as we are allergic to shellfish and crustaceans. The waitresses are very friendly and caring .

The Jewel of Towers Rotana is in its basement!!! There is a very long bar. It can serve 360°. The counter is equipped with various fountains station of a large spectrum of beers. The deco is victorian, and there is a pool table and many wall mounted screens ideal for watching games and entertainment. And they serve a nice diverse dishes on menu. They have a happy hour promo in the late afternoon.

We definitely will be going back to Towers Rotana as we have reservations to stay there at this end of year festival.

The staff is very helpful and kind! They are always ready to assist you with whatever it is you need help with whether it is your luggage, the room, housekeeping etc. Luqman also helped us with our luggage on the last day! Very nice and talkative gentleman 👏🏽

The swimming pool is also very clean and the staff always helped us with finding sunbeds!

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is clean. The hallways smell so nice and calming. Receptionists and staff are really friendly and accomodating. The receptionist (i forgot to ask his name) even gave me a room with a beautiful view of the city lights. Loved it!

Great stay in Dubai. Hotel clean, great location outside of the metro. Shokhista was also a great help.

Staff were also a great help when it comes to helping out with swapping tee times for our golf.

Shokhista Rubie Daryle Ahmad and Bikram and the Bellboy Ahmad are very nice! the restaurant food is amazing! the metro station and Mall are very close so it's not difficult to find your way around at all and if you need help the reception is always open to help. the hotel and rooms are very nice and clean! I'd definitely come back any time :)

Stayed a night with family. Convenient location close enough to everything. The breakfast buffet was very good. We had a room and the kids had a pulled out sofa as opposed to extra bed, which was the only thing that was not great but appreciated the value of the option vs getting an extra room.
