Very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention for Heena, Aadil at the buffet area for their excellent service and friendly attitude. Shivam at the reception was also super helpful for arranging things.

An Ok hotel at a superb location. Room size is good. Pros: Convenient location, just next door to metro and good rooms if not excellent. Good size and cleaner washrooms. Cons: while checking in the staff was not at all hospitable, it gave us a feel that we had disturbed them. Expect a hospitable response when you first check in a foreign hotel. But restaurant staff was hospitable. Hotel is an average with all basic amenities and no problem.

The King-size suite offered a spacious and comfortable stay for our family, featuring two attached bathrooms.

The staff members were all friendly and supportive of our requests. Shivam from the Concierge team was a versatile individual who assisted us on multiple occasions. Goldie from the Front Reception was pleasant and efficient in addressing our queries. At the restaurant, Adil provided friendly and attentive service.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to everything you need within walking distance. Additionally, the Metro station is adjacent, and the airport is also easily reachable.

This hotel is exceptional on all counts. We had a great stay in Ramada By Wyndham at Deira.

Location:
The hotel is located right next to a Metro station. So for folks who like to use the public transit system, this is a very good option. There plenty of restaurants and eating places nearby. The forex exchange agency is right next door and offers competitive rates. Super markets, Gift Village etc are also within a few meters of the hotel. Getting taxis off the street is also very easy.

Breakfast:
The breakfast spread is good and has decent variety everyday. There is an Indian option everyday that I liked. The restaurant service is good and the staff is very friendly. Don't miss the egg omelets.

Room:
The One Bedroom suite was good for a family. It has a double bed and two single beds were given to us. The bathroom is well equipped and provided with toiletries. There is an additional toilet. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Hot water was available and A/C was very good. The room had 2 TVs. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Shakeel from the housekeeping staff was very helpful. He even helped us with the adapters for the electrical sockets as we had forgotten to bring ours.

Front-desk:
The check-in/check-out was smooth. Shivam, Syeda and Salman at the front-desk were very helpful. We left our luggage at the hotel after checking out as we had our return flight in the evening. The staff helped us with this as well.

Price:
Good price for the quality of the room and breakfast.

We had a family suite which is very spacious and quite, good sleep quality.

Breakfast options were limited for vegetarian but restaurant staff provided attentive service, friendly demeanor, promptness, and helpfulness in handling any requests. A special mention of Henna, for her friendly approach and concern for our requirements.

A great place overall. Very clean, very generous. Tafazzal a worker there took great care of our room. Cleaning and vacuuming daily. Water and any supplies we may require were provided. Very comfy experience overall.
