The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city downtown.
During my stay, I booked a desert safari through Miss Nisha from Travel Saga. She was very professional, friendly, and handled everything perfectly. The desert safari was unforgettable - from the exciting dune bashing to the beautiful sunset views over the sand dunes. The evening ended with a delicious dinner under the stars, with great entertainment and a warm atmosphere.
I highly recommend both the hotel and booking the desert safari. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
Negative: need maintenance (safe box didn’t work; scale in the room didn’t work…)
