The manager, Saber, at the check in counter was unbelievably helpful and accommodating! I had an early morning flight so they were quite helpful with accommodating a late checkout free of charge. They also stored my luggage while I explored the city before my flight. All staff members are very attentive. Definitely coming back here again

It's a new luxury hotel in Dubai with well-furnished and comfortable rooms.
The pool is beautiful, huge, and very clean.
The staff is very kind and professional, they welcomed us very well and made us feel comfortable from the start.
Convenient location, it only takes a few minutes by taxi to reach the city's main points of interest.
Try the coffee you find in the room, it's delicious.

All the other staff members were equally kind and welcoming. Mehran was also especially helpful and accommodating and assisting with our requests.
Aside from the wonderful people, the location was perfect and the amenities offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will come back again. Thank you for all the staff.
Cons - room and furniture are aged, towels not clean, room is smelly, staffs not communicate well in English.
