My experience at your hotel was completely unacceptable. The service was poor, and the staff member Injue was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She even hung up the phone on me, which is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat any guest. Her behavior showed no respect, no courtesy, and no basic customer-care standards. It is extremely concerning that such conduct is allowed in a hotel that claims to offer quality service. I expect an official explanation and immediate action regarding this incident.

location not so good and full of Chinese group tourists - the noise and slamming of doors during the night.
