You're right in the heart of Business Bay, with easy access to all the major attractions and business centers.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you'd expect. But it's the warm and genuine hospitality that sets this place apart.

I had a one of the Great experience in Radisson hotel. The rooms were great , the breakfast were also great and particularly I was very happy with staff, especially with front desks officer Sally who really took care of every single details. I recommend this hotel to you.

Service is phenomenal, check in and check out is seamless. The staff are professional and well trained, the breakfast is very good . The location is perfect for getting around the Dubai Mall area and the value is unbeatable for the quality of the stay and service youre getting. Definitely would be visiting again.

Supun was so nice to me. He cleaned up really fast. Excellent service. I am impressed at his service. The front desk people( hate that I forgot their names) they were really good to me. I enjoyed my stay.

Good hotel, it was really clean and the room service did an excellent jobs in maintaining the room as clean as possible.

The setup of the room is thoroughly thought about. I liked the interior of the rooms.

The pool was descent as well although it js not that big.

It was value for the money and the location is not too far away from Dubai mall by car.

While this location isn’t that accessible if you’re wanting to walk or take public transit, the team of amazing staff makes this place the best hotel to stay at! Everyone I interacted with from arriving, to reception, the pool, room service, housekeeping, cafe, breakfast and bar were all pleasant and lovely people! The staff are what make it great here and a huge thanks to them.

Superb Location. The receptionist was very kind enough to upgrade my standard room to a superior room with a canal view.
Huge breakfast spread 😋. Chinese, western, Indian, Middle Eastern, cakes, juices. It was a very long spread!

Great clean hotel away from the busy area. Perfect rooms, staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable.
Only problem is - amount of construction sites around. Hopefully soon all construction is going to be concluded so people can enjoy nice views.

This is probably one of the very few times i put a review regarding my stays. As a VIP member of Radisson, being loyal to the brand comes with expectations .. but when these are exceeded then it is worth praising and mentioning. I would like to note the amazing work of the housekeeping team especially Sheromi (i hope i pronounced that right) who has been an absolute legend. The love and care you feel in the room after this lady finishes resetting up your room is invaluable.. I really would like her supervisor to really appreciate as much as i do her amazing work. The staff in general from check in to out along with all the hotel facilities are extremely friendly and helpful to guide you through your stay in the city. I can comfortably assign Canal View as my preferred Radisson hotel to stay in again. Keep up the good work .. Cheers
