I booked this hotel for a weekend relaxation stay, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. While the atmosphere is pleasant and Ossino at reception was very professional and welcoming, my experience was disappointing.
On the day of my arrival, I left the room and turned on the light to indicate it needed cleaning. However, when I returned five hours later, it hadn’t been cleaned. I spoke to the reception, and they initially refused, saying it’s their policy not to clean rooms on the same day of check-in — something I’ve never heard of before. The team leader, Mai, tried to explain the policy, but I insisted on having the room cleaned. Only after much discussion did they agree to send someone as an exception.
On a positive note, the room service was excellent — the food arrived on time and was fresh.

I stayed at the Paramount Hotel Business Bay and my stay was exceptional! First of all the rooms are top notch, very chic and classy. I felt like a STAR! The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly. Ahmed was one of my favorites, he made sure I felt like royalty. Whenever I’m in Dubai this is my hotel of choice!

It's amazing, beautiful, great style.

I would like to thank you Ali from swimming pool. Thanks to him, staying in the pool was more pleasant and comfortable, always polite and does his job very well. I wanted to come the next day and came every day. I hope all staff is so nice and professional.

I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel Dubai and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel’s ambiance and decor are top-notch, truly reflecting the cinematic theme they are known for. I must give a special mention to Rose at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and pleasant.
However, I found the pricing in the food department to be a bit on the higher side, especially considering the quantity and quality offered. That being said, the rest of my experience at the hotel was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it for its excellent service and beautiful atmosphere.

Dear Paramount Hotel,
I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. I must say that I was quite disappointed with my stay and felt that my concerns were not given proper attention.
Upon check-in, I specifically requested that the room be kept cool due to my allergic reaction to hot weather. Despite informing the staff one hour in advance, no action was taken to address this issue. This lack of responsiveness made my stay uncomfortable and affected my overall experience.
Additionally, I had paid a considerable amount of 1800 AED to ensure a good experience, including access to entertainment facilities. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the entertainment options were not functioning properly. This left me frustrated and unable to fully enjoy my time at the hotel.
Furthermore, the temperature in the room increased during the night, making it uncomfortably hot. This further added to my discomfort and affected my ability to have a restful sleep.
I understand that issues can arise, but it is crucial for hotels to prioritize the needs and satisfaction of their guests. Unfortunately, my experience at the Paramount Hotel fell short in this regard.

Sayed was amazing!! He was able to extend our check out to 6pm because we had a late flight! This hotel is so lush! 5* and it really lives up to its rating. Would definitely come back here again! Insane!!!

We recently visited Malibu Deck and were impressed by its exceptional ambiance. The atmosphere was enhanced by good music and attentive staff, particularly Oussama, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. He assisted us in selecting the best drinks and food options. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Chef Arslan, who prepared delicious meals and was both friendly and engaging. We felt warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

Ahmed at the front desk was very friendly, helped us resolve an issue with our booking and made us feel valued and special. Great first impression. Paul, who brought our luggage to the room, was also exceptionally welcoming and helpful (he had just completed his probationary period and was very proud of the hotel). Both were great ambassadors for Paramount - we will definitely be back!
