Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, service is excellent. The hotel is 10 minutes by car from Dubai Mall.. there is coffee on the 71st and 70th floors. The view of the coffee is very beautiful. The place is quiet. In winter, there are outdoor classes. A beautiful day at the SLS hotel.

This hotel is very beautiful, the staff at the reception, but I only visited the restaurants in it because the view is very beautiful. My experience with 12chairs coffee was not the best. It seems that the staff needs more training to provide services, as I was shocked by the situations I found myself in, including them bringing us an unclean coffee cup and it still has lipstick marks from using other people, especially when we are going through a corona pandemic, one of the staff needs training to carry drinks, only pours coffee On our child's cart, if it were not for God's protection, I would not recommend drinking coffee, it is not good

I was at the hotel a few days ago and received a very warm welcome from Katerina in the lobby. She explained the facilities professionally and comfortably. The atmosphere if the place is amazing and meets my expectations. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable stay with caring and attentive staff, delicious breakfast, well explained and patiently offered by the hostess, simple but elegant interior, modern and cosy for families. Took our 74 year old mother so definitely safe. We had a good look around the hotel in the morning and found it peaceful. Special mention to Jerome and Haya who made our stay enjoyable. Congratulations to the team. 👍🏼

The rooms are modern, big, and clean. Amenities are adequate for a regular five-star hotel, but somewhat limited. 2 Infinity Pools are attractive, but not particularly large. We had a problem with the front desk and security only for the visitor to secure Emirates ID, which we informed security and reception that we would offer in an hour. But they continue to contact, wait, and escort the other important guest who used to celebrate the birthday. It significantly altered our mood. I was just wondering about what might happen if we didn't announce the arrival of another main guest.

The hotel was amazing, good views, really kind staff. The hotel is beautiful, and the design is modern.
I would like to mentioned that Vispin from the reception is a professional from every consideration. He met all of our requirements with ease, and he is the kind of person that greatly represents the SLS hotel. I would surely go back for such good service.

"My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and far below any reasonable expectations. The overall experience was so bad that it felt like a nightmare. From the moment I checked in until the time of my departure, it was clear that the level of service and accommodation offered did not meet basic standards.
The noise levels were intolerable, creating an unpleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. It was difficult to relax or get any rest due to the disturbances. I left feeling completely disillusioned and regretful of choosing this hotel for my accommodation.
I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of service provided. Until substantial changes are made, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

Everything is good, only one thing, It would be best if the poolside could be cleaned better, because in the hot summer without food, there were a lot of flies flying around the sofa. There were a lot of stains on the sofa cushions and there were also some unclean places near the wall. I hope to draw the hotel's attention. Overall, the hotel is very good and very suitable for guests who like fashion.

My review is a bit conflicted as I found that the hotel was in a great location (I usually stay in a hotel on The Palm), the hotel itself is beautiful, all staff are really friendly and welcoming.
However, I had booked and paid for a Signature King City View room and that is NOT the room I was given. The view from my balcony was baron land undergoing construction, so I felt conned in a way, although the room itself was nice, it is Not what I had paid extra for, when booking the Signature King City View.
Secondly, I wanted to take a look at the pool and I was denied access even though I was there before the advertised closing time, I was told it was because of the upcoming storm but the storm was forecast for the following day and it was, at that time a nice sunny afternoon.
These two experiences at SLS left a sour taste in my mouth unfortunately. Which is why I’ve been forced to give such a low rating.
