I had a great experience at the hotel. My only complaint is the Air Conditioning in the bedroom did not get cold enough at night. I am a person who can’t sleep where it’s hot or warm. I told the front desk about and they sent someone to fix but still did not get cold enough.

His warm smile and welcoming attitude truly made my stay exceptional. Excellent food, service, and experience. The staff here is VERY accommodating and helpful. Theyre also very nice and friendly which just ups the relationship you have with them if you stay more than a couple days. They upgraded my room to a wonderful multi level suite, the views from the rooms can be a little weird because there’s a lot of construction going on in business bay but from high enough up and from the roof it’s breathtaking. The room service staff are a huge highlight, they get to know you, make suggestions, remember your preferences and any allergy accommodations- it’s really top notch. And the 24/7 convenience store is a serious bonus especially late night or early morning.

I had a wonderful stay, and I want to especially highlight the excellent reception by the staff. On Friday, 06/09/2024, the afternoon or night duty manager was incredibly respectful and humble when I requested a late check-out. While I don't remember his name, I greatly appreciated his professionalism and courteous demeanor. It truly made my experience even more enjoyable.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, service is excellent. The hotel is 10 minutes by car from Dubai Mall.. there is coffee on the 71st and 70th floors. The view of the coffee is very beautiful. The place is quiet. In winter, there are outdoor classes. A beautiful day at the SLS hotel.

This hotel is very beautiful, the staff at the reception, but I only visited the restaurants in it because the view is very beautiful. My experience with 12chairs coffee was not the best. It seems that the staff needs more training to provide services, as I was shocked by the situations I found myself in, including them bringing us an unclean coffee cup and it still has lipstick marks from using other people, especially when we are going through a corona pandemic, one of the staff needs training to carry drinks, only pours coffee On our child's cart, if it were not for God's protection, I would not recommend drinking coffee, it is not good

I was at the hotel a few days ago and received a very warm welcome from Katerina in the lobby. She explained the facilities professionally and comfortably. The atmosphere if the place is amazing and meets my expectations. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable stay with caring and attentive staff, delicious breakfast, well explained and patiently offered by the hostess, simple but elegant interior, modern and cosy for families. Took our 74 year old mother so definitely safe. We had a good look around the hotel in the morning and found it peaceful. Special mention to Jerome and Haya who made our stay enjoyable. Congratulations to the team. 👍🏼

The rooms are modern, big, and clean. Amenities are adequate for a regular five-star hotel, but somewhat limited. 2 Infinity Pools are attractive, but not particularly large. We had a problem with the front desk and security only for the visitor to secure Emirates ID, which we informed security and reception that we would offer in an hour. But they continue to contact, wait, and escort the other important guest who used to celebrate the birthday. It significantly altered our mood. I was just wondering about what might happen if we didn't announce the arrival of another main guest.
