The hotel was also great. The food at the rooftop pool/lounge was delicious and the music was also great. When we arrived, our room was not available and they offered to hold our bags so that we could experience the various amenities and services. It was a very customer centric approach and it is truly appreciated. Thanks SLS team for making it a great stay!
All the staff members were friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile.
We were celebrating our honeymoon and mentioned it to Lia, the wonderful staff member who escorted us to our room. She surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake and tasty dates waiting in our room — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.
The pools are beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich and varied.
I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, especially thanks to the exceptional service we received!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impressive – very spacious, modernly furnished, and kept exceptionally clean. They were also bright and well-lit. One of the highlights was the incredible view from our room, which overlooked the entire city from a high vantage point.
The hotel's bar was another standout feature. It boasted very high ceilings and was luxuriously decorated, creating a really upscale atmosphere.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the terrace pool area. Having a poolside bar that was open at night was a fantastic perk, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
Overall, a highly recommended hotel offering comfort, style, amazing views, and great facilities. We would definitely return!
