I've been here for a few days with some more left to spend.
This will become a reference on how hotels should be. I was warmly greeted by Kim and she was kind to help me throughout my stay.
The rooms are clean, well serviced and stocked. It could have been better with bit more amenities, that would have been perfect. There is a shop 1 minute away that will easily compensate for what you might have forgotten.

Hyde Hotel and its staff were exceptional, the facilities, the staff, cleanliness.
From the moment we arrived, to the minute we left we were greeted by smiling happy staff, who were exceptional throughout. Our room and service we received by the cleaning staff was top notch. The food was brilliant and a large variety to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Our room was on the 22nd floor, and the view was just fantastic. Seriously, it was a great way to start our day! The room was super clean, too, which is always a big plus.
When we arrived, they welcomed us with a free drink while they set up an extra bed for us. Such a nice touch! Plus, they offer free parking, which made things so much easier.
We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The hotel is very well located, 2 km from the city centre. The rooms are very spacious and very quiet, well soundproofed against outside noise and neighbours. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Lila also specially adapted the cleaning time to suit us. Anything we needed was provided immediately. The receptionists, cleaners, restaurant staff and lifeguard were all very nice. The cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10, they came daily to clean automatically, we always received new water, towels, toilet paper, made our beds and cleaned everything.

I enjoyed my first stay with Hyde Dubai. I appreciate the professionalism of all teams. The upgrade I received is a good appreciation for my ALL platinum status. The views from the room are lovely. The location is nice, and the hotel's general vibes are positive. Breakfast is good, and the service over the web portal is responsive. Looking forward to future stays with longer durations.

It was perfect for a short stay. They upgraded my room to a larger suite on a 23rd floor with a nice view from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. I lacked nothing. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was trying to go above and beyond. Special thanks to Mirza at the hotel's lobby!

Dining @Cowboy Restaurant 🤠❤️. Hyde Hotel is simply fantastic. The place is stylish, comfortable, and exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurants and bars are amazing especially Cowboy Restaurant !!! The staff are top-notch they’re friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly make you feel at home. From the luxurious rooms to the excellent service, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hyde Hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.
