I enjoyed my first stay with Hyde Dubai. I appreciate the professionalism of all teams. The upgrade I received is a good appreciation for my ALL platinum status. The views from the room are lovely. The location is nice, and the hotel's general vibes are positive. Breakfast is good, and the service over the web portal is responsive. Looking forward to future stays with longer durations.

It was perfect for a short stay. They upgraded my room to a larger suite on a 23rd floor with a nice view from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. I lacked nothing. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was trying to go above and beyond. Special thanks to Mirza at the hotel's lobby!

Dining @Cowboy Restaurant 🤠❤️. Hyde Hotel is simply fantastic. The place is stylish, comfortable, and exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurants and bars are amazing especially Cowboy Restaurant !!! The staff are top-notch they’re friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly make you feel at home. From the luxurious rooms to the excellent service, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hyde Hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Our experience at Hyde hotel was amazing! We arrived a little after midnight due to a delayed flight and the people at the reception were very welcoming. The hotel isn’t a specific kids hotel (rather young, trendy, hip) but they still made it a great stay for our kids as well. Great thanks to Mohammad for always greeting, having a smile on his face and making our stay very pleasant. And I forgot her name but the woman with the beautiful blond braids in the Cleo restaurant; special thanks for you! We really enjoyed your hospitality 🙏

Everything was really Great! We had breakfast and dinner and it was perfect! Never had such a good service. Especially Nifras was outstanding. He is such a nice guy and was very cute to our little daughter.

Great hotel in terms of amenities and access from the airport.
The location is good but away from the Center or other external Centers and you need a taxi for everything.
Staff is very helpful and always respond to questions.
The view is great almost from all floors and the bed great for a restful sleep.

My recent stay at Hyde Dubai Hotel was amazing! What truly stood out during my stay was the impeccable guest service. The staff at Hyde went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay experience was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout my stay, I was truly amazed by the level of hospitality and professionalism displayed by the team. Special thanks go to Kaushik where he personally made sure that my family and I are having a memorable vacation at Hyde and arranged for a wonderful birthday cake and card for my daughter. I highly recommend Hyde Dubai Hotel for a vacation that will leave you re-energized, delighted and satisfied.

Had the chance of staying here for a week. The hotel is luxurious and clean. Staff members were also very friendly and helpful. I just wish they had better Gluten Free options in their breakfast buffet. Breakfast was very similar everyday, not as good as the other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall had a good pretty good experience.
