I was impressed by the hospitality of their staff. Special shout out to Mark and CJ - they were expert and provided recommendations on places to visit and activities for my vacation. They were fun and have been very helpful.
Hotel smells really nice, amenities were great, and the - food was FANTASTIC! Would recommend :)
Stayed for business (booked by my company), but it is not a good place for that purpose. It is a fairly loud hotel, with events at the pool bar and public bars, which means you can hear music most nights. I had a room on the 16th floor facing the street (directly above the pool area). If you are facing the canal it will probably be better.
The pool area is small and busy, with a few sunbathing terraces linked via stairs, which are much quieter. They could do with adding shower areas to cool off.
Location is decent, with a short walk to the boulevard and easy access to the canal walkway. There is a mosque directly opposite, so Friday prayer time can create a bit of a standstill outside. Best to plan ahead. There is a small Carrefour next to the hotel which is convenient.
If you want a reasonablely affordable stay with a full service hotel (if limited) - it is fine. Personally, I will not stay again for a business trip.
The location is convenient, and the facilities were exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely consider coming back again. Thanks to the team, and especially Owais, for making the stay smooth and pleasant.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is perfect—close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and other key attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I booked just one night at first, planning to try other hotels, but ended up staying here my entire trip. The hotel is amazing, with knowledgeable and professional staff who go above and beyond to benefit guests. The view from my room was absolutely stunning! Perfect location, close to everything. Definitely recommend to all my friends!
I lost my AirPods and were found and saved by security. The check in and out process are really efficient.
Amenities are good, we especially enjoyed the squash court and gym with an actual Smith Machine - beats other hotels that usually stock up 10 dumbbells and 5 treadmills.
Had an issue with an iron, which they quickly addressed - but apparently there is just a single socket for that EU-style plug. Weird they do not stock irons with UK-style plugs which are used in UAE.
We also noticed some mould around bathtub which irked us a bit. Otherwise cleaning was good.
This was our honeymoon trip and they left a small cake and a lovely card on our arrival, along with some balloons - a sweet gesture which we appreciated. Balloons were not removed the next day however but that is fine, maybe some couples enjoy them (haha).
The international buffet was a real highlight — a great variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. You can really tell they take pride in their culinary offerings.
We were here for a prom event, and the arrangement was impressive. The management worked efficiently behind the scenes to make sure everything ran perfectly. From decor to service, everything was well thought out and elegantly executed.
Highly recommend Pullman for both stays and events. Truly a five-star experience!
