Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

The hotel tries to offer you their overpriced taxi, about double the price of the normal ones. The corridors and rooms smell. The shower drain was blocked. Lots of little problems.

In case I need taxi, at first the staff will try to put me in an expansive car. If you don't know that you have choice, you will pay much more than you could.

The room is just fine for our one night stay with my family. The location is also a perfect spot for our Dubai Fitness Challenge which is just around the corner and few steps away. Lastly, the scenery is perfect and everything is just accessible. It's a wonderful experience! Cool place.

It’s a decent hotel although doesn’t live up to the standard as advertised. The view from the rooms is amazing! Only two elevators + one service elevator for the upper 20-25 floors. I had wonderful time here, i can never forget my stay in this hotel, luxury at its best, beauty in every nook and corner of this hotel. Cleaned rooms and atmosphere neat and tidy with well managed staff, politeness and humbleness is their real jewel. Fruits in the room were fresh and juicy. Well, I stay in Crowne Plaza a lot but this time they gave me the wrong Room plus all the rooms were really small! But the room service and staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great! All I want to say is that they should make the room bigger so it feels better like the other Crowne Plaza hotels.

I stayed here for more than a month and can’t say enough about how professional and clean the staff were during that time especially during times like these. The food was always on point, also whenever I asked for something, they were always doing their best to deliver as fast as they can. Definitely, I’ll stay here again whenever I’m coming back to Dubai .

The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and improve. The rooms are clean and look okay. The one star deduction is due to the rooms and some of the floors being a little smelly, although I think this comes from the hotel being a little older and not from bad cleaning habits. The Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a very nice and refreshing temperature.

New rooms of the hotel are very nice but old room are ok... Room window view of selected rooms are only good. Be selective. Hotel is located at a nice place.

The hotel offers good Service and rooms for reasonable prices in August/September. Especially, the staff is very motivated to make the stay special and enjoyable. Extra points also for the support regarding the loss of my mobile phone in a taxi. They checked the camera surveillance and contacted the Taxi company directly. Finallly I got my Phone back. 2 bedroom suite booked for a 1 night stay. Checkin was slow, and the room took 40 mins to get ready (we arrived at 6m). The room is a good size and well equipped. However, it smelled of smoke. Had a great stay at the Voco hotel in Dubai. Went to to the Spa Zen in the hotel after a long day of running around the city. Sheryl, my massage therapist, did an amazing job with my facial and massage. Just what my tired feet and legs needed after a day exploring the city. There's a parking space under the hotel/mall - it's slighty confusing which elevator you need to take to get to the hotel lobby... this could be improved! Nice place to stay. There is a quick access to shopping mall from inside of the hotel. Subway is close to the hotel. Staff is nice and kind. But sometimes you have to wait in the line for breakfast. And the reception is too slow while checking in.
