Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the fact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Pure luxury, service was very attentive and the interiors clean and well maintained. We came for a brunch buffet. The food is awesome and there different types like Indian Italian Japanese etc. It's basically all you can eat the pools are nice and warm . There are also kid pools, grown-up only pools. Overall it's a nice place to go for holiday -Ava 9 ½ years old.

Lovely hotel but if you are looking for somewhere to sunbath uninterrupted this is not the place. You will spend all day chasing the sun and moving sunbeds. The Q Bar is the place to go for live music and a good night of fun and dancing.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this legendary hotel near Jaddaf Waterfront. The five-star facilities truly lived up to the hype. Despite the hot weather, the outdoor swimming pool was perfectly temperature-controlled, making it incredibly refreshing. The view of Jaddaf Waterfront was absolutely mesmerizing. Just 5-7 minutes away from the airport.
