Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. The beach is 900 m. beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park entrance fee 1.4$). Pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
Have Russian speaking staff.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit of approximately 200 dirham/night (Deposit is returned in dirham).

Upon contacting the reception, I was informed that the charges are mandatory for all guests staying at the hotel that night. While I understand the hotel’s policies, this requirement was not disclosed at the time of booking. I find it disappointing and unfair to impose additional charges without prior notice or providing an option for guests to opt out, especially when the service is not something I intend to use.
I kindly request that you reconsider this policy or provide further clarification, as it has left me feeling quite dissatisfied with my experience so far. Transparency is a key aspect of guest satisfaction, and I trust that you will take my feedback into account.
The room itself was immaculate—tastefully designed with elegant decor and equipped with the highest standards of comfort and luxury. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, ensuring a relaxing and indulgent stay.
The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast, which was nothing short of spectacular. The extensive variety, superb quality, and vibrant flavors made it an experience in itself.
My husband and I loved every moment of our stay and we would recommend the Grand Hyatt Dubai, as a perfect choice for anyone seeking outstanding hospitality and luxury in the heart of Dubai!
It’s also the middle of the city. It’s not far from anywhere.

It is very spacious with a great outside area: outside pools, pool restaurant, and peacock enclosure.
There is a secluded pool and play area for kids.
I highly suggest going for the breakfast option - lots of very yummy options.
Kudos to all staff - reception, food services, pool staff and valet.

Since our stays are usually longer than a week, the comfort and suitability of the room are very important to us, and this hotel has always met our expectations. Unlike many hotels that, despite having good rooms available, initially assign a less favorable room and change it only if the guest objects—or encourage the guest to pay more for a better room—at the Hyatt Regency, we have always been provided with a good, comfortable room upon arrival without needing to change it.
From the outside, the hotel has a simple appearance, but the interior is beautifully designed with a warm color palette and natural materials like stone and wood, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel’s interior features several restaurants, modern cafes, and a bar, providing a pleasant space for guests to spend time.
The rooms in this hotel are spacious, well-equipped, and well-designed. The large windows, bright rooms, and well-maintained, stylish bathrooms add to the pleasant experience.
The hotel’s restaurants are quite expensive, and the quality of the food is average, but the breakfast is excellent. Enjoying the outdoor pool feels refreshing due to its beautiful setting, and there are also facilities like a gym and more.
The hotel’s location is convenient as well.
We booked for celebrating and preparing for my daughter’s graduation, while the ceremony of the same was taking place at the same hotel.
Before even our arrival we were welcomed by Ms. Racha and Mr. Suresh, whom were very professional and friendly. They made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable specially when they provided us with a exceptional complementary set up for my daughter, they’ve decorated the room beautifully with flowers, balloons, cake and a basket of fruits.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I look forward to my next visit!
I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The toilet in my ensuite overflowed—completely out of our control—and flooded the bathroom with disgusting toilet water. When I brought this to the management’s attention, I was met with indifference. They simply offered an insincere apology and suggested moving to a different room of the same category, as if that would solve the problem.
The customer service was atrocious. It was clear that the management team had no interest in addressing my concerns or ensuring a comfortable stay. The entire hotel feels outdated and neglected, far from the luxury experience one would expect from a Hyatt.
Additionally, the pool area was a disaster. The poolside was filthy, and I spotted large ants crawling around the children’s pool. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to neglect basic cleanliness and safety.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Grand Hyatt. Poor management, terrible customer service, and a lack of cleanliness make this place one to avoid at all costs. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay.
The place was beautifully decorated with all sort of stalls, having pork, beef and chicken spots!
They had great variety of sweet corners as well!
Oktoberfest was celebrated just how it’s celebrated in Munich!!!
People were so thrilled and happy to be a part of the event, songs were amazingly played and the host made sure that everybody enjoys! ❤️
I had a full-jar of beer coming in and the Bavarian buffet was amazing! Like how I mentioned, they had every sort of meat for all meat lovers❤️❤️
