The hotel is a perfect place to stay in Dubai. It is close to the center and the metro station. The room was very pleasant. It was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient, and helpful, and in particular, the receptionist, Gianna, impressed me with her professional handling of guests. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stay, I will check into Ibis One Central Hotel again.

No words to explain. Super hotel. Beautiful room. Clean bathroom. Amazing fragrance everywhere especially in the room. Thanks to housekeeping team for arranging all our requirements. Quick and efficient. See you next time

We attended Marriage ceremony on 20th August so we only stayed 1 night in this hotel, but what an experience we had on our short stay here. Every single staff member was welcoming and engaging, specially shahbaz on reception. I sadly didn’t get other names of the other staff members who made a memorable impression with us but there were plenty!. They were so friendly. We couldn’t believe how generous and friendly the staff all were. You made my day!

Excellent service for me. Clean and comfortable rooms and a well-maintained facilities, I must say. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially the staff named Nilmini form the housekeeping department who always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay in the Ibis Hotel one central..

Our stay at Hotel IBIS One Central was wonderful! Beautiful hotel and very well priced! The service was outstanding. Excellent breakfast! It is so close to the metro station and also within walking distance of all the sights! I loved it and would recommend the hotel.
Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help. specifically, that Arabic receptionist Yasser, with his patience and a nice smile, was so polite and cooperative.

It is a business hotel yet homey feel. Comfortable bed, well maintained. Great location. Staff are friendly and attentive esp the Concierge and Reception! This is our 2nd time to stay here. Our hotel stay experience was awesome. Room 1536 has a beautiful view of the Emirates Tower and Museum of the future. There are restaurants around the area.

Room 329 has poor internet connection. I don't know if that room has dead spot.
Housekeeping department should provide each room with spoon and fork utensils, shower gels, cotton balls, hand and body lotions and tissue box.

Regularly book there. Policy seems to be different every time. Check in staff not attentive to “all” members or even who in a queue should taken care of next. Security staff was a bit rough when explaining guest policy. Perhaps I keep interacting with the staff on bad days. Nothing terrible but all in all quite mediocre in service. A pity because physically a good hotel.

Surprisingly this was actually probably the best Ibis I have ever stayed in. It felt very luxurious and comfortable; breakfast was scrumptious and had a large variety. Only downside which was only heard in the breakfast area on occasional instances was the maintenance work they were doing. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

The location where great. You can easily reach the train station and it is very close to the Museum of Feature.
I have asked for a room with a nice view, and I received a room that has a view for nowhere. It was a quite disappointing + the were also no upgrade, regarding my gold status
The restaurant could be better. The staff are very slow and took ages to come to my table. Also, when I asked for the welcome drink, they didn't know which drink/beverage I could take.
