Holiday Inn & Suites - Dubai Festival City Mall, an IHG Hotel

Located next to a nice big mall and not far from the airport but a bit far from the main Dubai attractions it’s a nice basic hotel with usually affordable rates.
The true value is the great staff. From reception to breakfast, the staff is very kind, helpful, very professional and smiling. Great breakfast buffet. Large choice of fresh food.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City and had a pleasant experience. While the facilities, including the pool, life guards are friendly (Mr.Ashish &Mr.Deep)they are really amazing guys look fit body and nice smile were enjoyable, the noise from nearby nightlife was a slight drawback, particularly for guests staying on lower floors. Additionally, the pricing for certain room views felt a bit steep compared to expectations.

Overall, this hotel provides great value for its location and services, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’d recommend it, especially for those looking to explore Dubai Festival City.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Dubai Festival City, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is ideally located, with the Festival City Mall and Creek right next door, making shopping and dining super convenient. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Dubai skyline from my room was breathtaking, especially at sunset!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Ms. Joy was an absolute gem—warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay memorable. Her friendly smile and quick assistance with every request made us feel right at home and added a special touch to our holiday experience.

Our family of three had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Festival Marina City! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning marina views, and the overall atmosphere was calm and family-friendly, which was exactly what we were hoping for.
The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service we received at the hotel’s restaurant. We want to give a special shout-out to Rose, our delightful waitress, who went above and beyond to make our 5-year-old feel completely at home. Her warm smile, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail made every meal a joy for our son, who adored her. She took the time to engage with him, made personalized food recommendations, and ensured he was always happy and comfortable. Thanks to Rose, mealtimes were a memorable experience for all of us!

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for a family vacation, and while there were some positives, a few issues left us disappointed.

Positives:
- The pool area was fantastic. They had both a kiddies' pool and an adult pool, both of which felt very safe with lifeguards on duty at all times. The bar by the pool was a lovely touch and added to the relaxing atmosphere.
- The location was convenient, with easy access to the mall, which made it easy to grab anything we needed.
- The food service was a standout. Mary, in particular, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm and friendly demeanor made our dining experience enjoyable, and she truly made us feel at home.

Negatives:
- Unfortunately, there was a delay in getting one of our rooms ready at check-in, which set us back.
- The hotel felt quite stuffy, especially on the different floors. The carpets seemed to trap dust and odors, making the air feel heavy. Replacing the carpets with tiles might help freshen up the space and improve the overall environment.

While the pools and service from staff like Mary were highlights of our stay, the check-in delay and stuffy atmosphere detracted from our overall experience. We hope the hotel considers these improvements to make it a better stay for future guests.

The hotel offers good Service and rooms for reasonable prices in August/September. Especially, the staff is very motivated to make the stay special and enjoyable. Extra points also for the support regarding the loss of my mobile phone in a taxi. They checked the camera surveillance and contacted the Taxi company directly. Finallly I got my Phone back. Thank you very much again.

I am so happy of the service I got from the restaurant. The breakfast is so excellent and the hospitality I got from the hotel’s staff called Mary was so fantastic. She is a woman of quality service and she deserves to her career. We were very much excited with the service and briefings we got from her. We really appreciate. Indeed, I was in canada staying at Holiday Inn Toronto International Hotel. However, the service I got here is so exceptional especially of the treatment from Mary gave us a very good experience. We definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, had a higher floor with a good view. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Bathroom was a decent size too.
Had quite a few days and nights, super location with connection to the mall and so many food options, grabbing snacks from the supermarket, or needing medication from the pharmacy or even going to the clinic at Health hub, it’s easy access to highways and close to the airport.
Breakfast was good and so was lunch and dinner on some days when I tried the restaurant, even room service was decent. Would stay again.
